Our very friendly host was waiting for us when we arrived, and showed us around. We had a lovely stay, sunbathing by the pool (relaxing after a week of sailing), and it was just 15 minutes taxi to the Acropolis, a 3 minute walk to a local supermarket, and 10-15 minute walk to local restaurants. BUT when there was a taxi strike and no taxis available to the airport, our host was AMAZING ! She drove us to the right bus stop (for the bus direct to the airport) in her own car, and waited with us until we were safely on the bus. She could not have been kinder, so A BIG THANK YOU and I recommend everyone to stay here.

The dreamhouse was perfect for our 3 families. It provided separate accommodations and gave each family their privacy. The rooms were exactly as described and having the flexibility to park inside the gate or on the street was great!

This is a beautiful home that has absolutely a wonderful environment with a serene surrounding. Being an artist’s home - everything including the furnishing was beautiful to look at and be in that space. The bedding and the towels were exceptional. Our host gave us very important information as to where to dine and made our stay perfect.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nassos house, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The property is a true gem, perfectly combining comfort, style, and attention to detail. The location was idealpeaceful yet close to the beach 3 min by car, allowing me to enjoy the best of the surrounding area with ease. What truly stood out, however, was the hospitality. We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It had everything we needed. We especially loved the outside seating areas with sea views - it was really breath-taking. The owners were extremely kind and helpful and always available to help to answer any questions and lots of recommendations. We would love to return. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

It’s a unique place with great energy. The house is beautiful, has all the amenities you can ask for. The host is very kind and discrete, very responsive, she provided anything we needed. The scenery is just breathtaking. A luxurious stay worth the price.

The Villa was lovely, host lives in half the villa (as stated in listing info) but this did not impact on privacy and he was very discrete and only came around when we asked with help to find gym area. Well equipped kitchen and our only ask was for some more wine glasses and these were provided very quickly for a meal we had planed. the outdoor kitchen bar area is great and the sound system a great addition. Pool was amazing, large, clean easy to access and a great space we all enjoyed. Sub beds all quality and good towels for outdoor provided. Quiet residential area so car helpful although beach walkable. Attiac and basement bedroo. areas more basic than those on the first floor but adequate, Bed quality great as was linen. Would recommend for large group of friends/family

Ada's villa is just amazing! We spent almost a week, and we loved it. Walking distance to a private and beautiful beach, great pool, balconies with ocean view, comfortable kitchen and much more. Ada was super responsive, assisted us with everything we needed. The place is close to many beaches, restaurants and activities and this was for sure one of the best listing's we've been at. I would recommend this place for everyone that seeks a peaceful gateway and a great vacation

We had the most wonderful time. The villa is so beautiful and spacious. We had all we needed to cook and have a bbq. Lovely fresh linen and towels. The pool was lovely and private. Hammock was a great bonus. Views were beautiful and very easy to find from the airport. Thank you so much Gina

We stayed here as a family and absolutely loved it. Having this stylish spacious house to ourselves was great. We found the walk into the sightseeing centre easy and enjoyable and did this most days to see the sights. Athens is a a great city for easy and stunning sights. In the afternoon/evenings the fantastic swimming pool was great in house entertainment for the kids. The neighbourhood is fun and lively with a great local bar restaurant a few steps away and lots in easy reach. Yannis and Tolli were so helpful with everything: nothing was too much trouble. Wunderschönes Haus, sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet mit herrlicher Aussicht und ausgestattet mit modernsten elektronischen Geräten. Toller Pool, perfekte Terrasse und großartiges Beleuchtungskonzept. Die Kommunikation mit George, check-inn und check-out liefen angenehm und unkompliziert. George hatte uns zur Ankunft netterweise einige Lebensmittel eingekauft. Wir haben uns besonders wohlgefühlt und wären sehr gerne länger geblieben.

Wonderful villa that was exactly what we wanted. We were 3 adults and a 2 year old and the villa gave us plenty of space and was well equipped for eating in. A travel cot and high chair were provided. All the bedrooms are a good size and there’s plenty of space to completely unpack and hang all of your things up or put in drawers- I’ve actually never stayed somewhere with so much storage space! All bedrooms also have access to a balcony which is nice. Great outdoor space with a sunken trampoline which was perfect for our toddler. You can walk to the beach in about 30 minutes where there are some lovely restaurants, a little park is approximately 15/20 min walk and a great butchers and green grocers was about a 10 min walk- this was great for us as we love cooking and the produce was amazing. The area is pretty quiet and at the time of year we travelled mostly just locals which we really liked. The co-host Panos was SO helpful and accommodating and I would definitely book again.

First I want to say that the host Stefanos is a true gentleman he truly cared about making our stay wonderful The property sits just above beach with great 360 degree views. The property itself is immaculate there are different areas to just lay out and enjoy the sun and breeze The pool is so clean and clear and refreshing I totally enjoyed swimming at night as well Out of all my stays at a Airbnb this one takes #1 I definitely recommend staying here it's close to glyfada close to sunion And the beaches around the area are very beautiful . Anna was very helpful arranging rides for us and flexible in allowing us to add a day after we experienced flight disruptions. The location was perfect- easily accessible with short walks to key tourist sights, nice restaurants and shopping. The spacious lodging accommodated a family of 5 easily. The washer & dryer allowed us to pack lighter with fewer clothes. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Juste exceptionnel Panayiotis a été un hôte comme rarement rencontré durant tous nos voyages. Il est d’une gentillesse extraordinaire. Le logement est parfaitement propre rien à dire. La piscine très bien pour nous rafraîchir les fins d’après midi après nos visites d’Athènes. Panayiotis nous a fait livrer une délicieuse glace le jour de notre départ et il s’est occupé de nous ramener à l’aéroport pour notre départ alors qu’il s’était déjà occupé de notre arrivée. Il m’a conseillé d’utiliser ChatGPT du coup c’est ce que je vais faire désormais. Nous reviendrons à Athènes et c’est sur nous logerons chez Panayiotis dans aucune hésitation. Promis Panayiotis je vais apprendre le grec avec ChatGPT 😏😊 encore mille fois merci d’avoir fait de notre séjour un excellent voyage grâce à l’ensemble de vos conseils. À très bientôt.

This home is beautiful inside and out!! We had a wonderful time staying there with our family. There is plenty of room for a lot of guests. We would most certainly stay again if we are ever in Athens. Wonderful host.

Villa more beautiful than on the picture! The pool is amazing!!! The garden and the house are very well maintained. The localisation is perfect : quiet and close to everything (less than 5 minutes by car from restaurants, beach, supermarket...).

A beautiful holiday house on a lovely island! Great place to stay with friends (we were 8 adults) with a big pool, nice outdoor areas, clean and spacious bedrooms. It’s a calm and private place to stay. We would recommend renting a car for your stay because most places are not walking distance in the heat and some taxis did not want to drive up to kipseli (generally not very many taxis around). There are many nice beaches and restaurants on the island to visit. Thank you for your recommendations Isabelle! Also, there is one bedroom in the annex that does not have AC which was disappointing. We found a solution for us but it’s not what we expected.

The property was large and very comfortable with plenty of different spaces to relax and have privacy. Pool was huge and so welcoming after a long day of sightseeing. Would recommend for families and large groups. Close to many beaches and dining using a car.

Une vue magnifique, un coucher de soleil fantastique, une villa à l'esthétique et à l'art offrant tout le confort, claire comme du cristal: pour la première fois, nous avons goûté des fruits en les découpant tout droit des arbres. La chaleur de l'hospitalité et les soins qui nous ont été offerts étaient fantastiques.Je recommande vivement à ceux qui souhaitent intimité, isolement, service d'un hôtel 5 étoiles et à 5 minutes en voiture de trouver des tavernes, des tavernes de poisson, de la musique et des cafés. Il est certain que nous reviendrons.
