⸻ We had a wonderful stay at this rental in Old Town Lagos. The location is unbeatable—just steps from charming cafes, restaurants, bars, and the marina, yet tucked away enough from crowds on a busy night. The view from the property was nice, offering a peek of the ocean and a great view of the church. As should be expected from the location, there is some nighttime noise, but the noise app on my phone was more than enough to block any of it out. They have good windows and black out shutters which helps. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to enjoy the best of Lagos

We had the most amazing month-long stay at this peaceful gem. The location is incredibly serene, perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind, yet everything is easily accessible by car. Lagos is just a 13-minute drive away, which made exploring the area so convenient. And Luz.. It’s the coziest and most beautiful little town we’ve visited in Portugal. The home itself was perfect and had everything we needed for a long stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Our house was cleaned every week, which was such a nice touch, and there was plenty of storage space throughout, so we always felt organized and comfortable. The beds are huge and pretty comfy, making it easy to rest after a day of exploring. Wifi was good, so a big plus for remote workers like us. One of the highlights was the outdoor space and swimming poool. The terrace is fantastic for lounging, and we used the grill several times for BBQs. Peaceful atmosphere, combined with friendly dog

Loved my stay in this spacious, clean, welcoming condo! Tanja and the building staff were very helpful, the kitchen was one of the best-equipped of anywhere I've stayed, the apartment included thoughtful items like umbrellas and guidebooks, and the location was great. The bed was comfy and the wifi was fast - couldn't ask for a better base to work remotely & explore the Algarve!

It’s hard to say just a few words. we love the apartment so much we could see ourselves living in it. wonderfully laid out, wonderfuly decorated, artistic. Two small terraces are a wonderful addition. And for a chilly January they found wonderful ways to help us warm up the apartment. Also, it’s a great location for exploring all of Lagos from the old town to the beaches and the Cliffs overlooking them.

We LOVED our stay! The two of us needed a place to stay for 6 days and wished we had more time! Rosa-Maria’s 2 bedroom apartment felt like home to us. An easy 3 minute walk to the bus station and an easy 10 minute walk to the train station, a view of the Marina, minutes away from Old Town without having to live amongst the tourism madness (tee hee). Easy to get out of town for day trips since the bus and train are nearby. Flat walking to restaurants and shops, and an elevator in the building if needed. We found a mini market within 2 blocks, and a dollar store behind our building. The apartment has power shutters and double glass windows since the apartment is on a street that runs along the Marina. We loved the little balcony and the big indoor/outdoor space behind the kitchen where we could dry our clothes (even though Rosa-Maria has a washer and dryer. Staying here, after 3 weeks of traveling around Portugal, was a great way to finish off our trip!

Great place to stay near the Marina short walk to town with a beautiful view. Very quiet and with the shades down - super dark in case,you need to sleep in. The building is very quiet - only 2 apartments per floor.

Myself, husband and 19month old recently stayed here and found it to be absolutely perfect for our first family holiday. The apartment was spotless. Location was perfect- 10 minute walk to beach, shops, restaurants etc. The beds were extremely comfortable and my son's travel cot was made up with nice linen and ready for our arrival. We always travel with stick on blackout blinds however these weren't needed as the apartment has blackout shutters which also made us feel extremely safe. There was plenty of crockery and kitchen appliances. The pools were great and plenty of sun loungers for use. It was also extremely helpful that there was a washing machine and drying rack when travelling with children. The apartment had plenty of space for us and a lovely dining table to enjoy meals plus a high chair. There was a small kids play area next to the pool which was good too. We highly recommend this apartment.

Carmelita was the most wonderful and welcoming host during our stay. She made sure that we felt right at home in the cosy apartment. We could not recommend her more and hope to be back again! She gave us so many helpful recommendations and took the time to explain everything about the apartment on arrival. Her art is beautiful and adds charm to the place. A really special stay in a traditional historic home with a central location that we will not forget.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Vanessa's place. From the seamless booking process to the warm personal welcome by the hosts, every aspect was exceptional. The apartment exceeded expectations, offering even more beauty and comfort than depicted in the photos, with all the necessary amenities to feel right at home. Communication with Vanessa was consistently smooth, friendly, and prompt. I highly recommend this accommodation!

Beautiful, spacious and cozy apartment located in a safe, residential area, about 15-20 min walking from Lagos old center. My staying was comfortable and the host, Helena, was very responsive and respectful. The beautiful terrace was wonderful, when at home I spent all of my time there and it was ideal for having breakfast and dinner in the open air. The bathroom hardware and the kitchen furniture show signs of tare and ware, but everything was functional and it satisfied all my needs. All in all, it is a lovely place that felt like home, ideal for solo travelers, couples and also families with kids.

Me and my sister had a wonderful time at Miguel's place. The flat is very spacious, clean and has everything you need. The view is absolutely incredible and we loved the peaceful atmosphere :). Miguel was super helpful and always available. Looking forward to coming back!

Ondanks dat we aankwamen met de enorme stroomstoring was het huis netjes schoon. Coralie is erg vriendelijk en reageert snel. Mooi appartement wel handig om een (huur) auto te hebben. Mooie omgeving, leuke dorpjes in de buurt. Het appartement is echt een aanrader!

This Airbnb is great for a longer stay in Lagos. The Airbnb is spacious, it has everything you’ll need and it is close to the city centre and the harbour. We especially liked the balcony and the fully equipped kitchen. The noise from the restaurant downstairs did not bother us, and it was quiet after 23:30. We would really recommend staying here.

This place exceeded our expectations! It was spacious, beautiful, spotless & had everything we needed. We loved the small deck in the morning & the rooftop deck and hot tub in the evening. The bed was very comfortable with lovely linens. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking & dinners in. This place felt like home. We stayed 7 nights & didn’t want to leave! The little village is just perfect with a gorgeous beach, stunning walking trails & wonderful places to eat. There are a couple well stocked markets in the town with a couple minutes walk. Marta was a lovely host & was available during our stay if we had any questions. We will be back 😊

Emplacement au top.👌 Possibilité de laisser la voiture et de faire beaucoup de choses à pied. La rando le long de la côte pour arriver au joli petit village de pêcheurs Burgau est une belle récompense ♥️ (resto Beach au top). Vue à couper le souffle sur la mer et la jolie petite ville de l’appartement avec accès privé par ascenseur 😁 ! Les restos sont très bons aussi avec l’embarras du choix !! Par contre le logement serait plus que 5* si un rafraîchissement était fait (jacuzzi en bout de course, pergola demandant une rénovation ainsi que les stores, etc). Ein richtig tolles Apartment! Es ist perfekt ausgestattet und modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, alles ist sehr sauber. Ein Highlight ist der eigene Garten mit Pool. Das gesamte Resort ist ruhig gelegen und bietet auch einen großen Pool, Innenpool, Jacuzzi, Sauna und Fitnessraum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Apartment wärmstens empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit CoolHouses war sehr freundlich und schnell. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, es war super!

This a great place, located within quick walking distance to the marina and old town yet out of the crowds. The apartment is spacious, has a decent size kitchen and nice pool area. I would recommend for anyone looking to easily explore Lagos.

This place was very good start to finish. Liked the location which was close to a good grocery store and the marina. Bus station also close by. Around a 12 minute walk to old town for lots of different restaurants.Well stocked kitchen and very spacious apartment. Thank you for hosting us. Leslie Shawn

Tolle Unterkunft, große Zimmer, große Terrassen. Immer eine Terrasse im Schatten, Poolzugang sehr nah, 2 gute Bäder. Küchenausstattung fast perfekt. Betten/Matratzen nicht durchgelegen, großzügige Handtücher. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine funktionieren einwandfrei. Für 4 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Über die Straße oder Trampelpfade ist ein Strand mit Restaurant erreichbar sowie der alte Fischerpfad. Insgesamt ruhig und entspannt. Mit dem Auto in 7 Minuten in Lagos. Große Supermärkte ebenfalls mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Wir waren sehr sehr zufrieden!

Die Wohnung von Isabel ist modern und großzügig, vor allem die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Meter vom Schwimmbad entfernt. Isabel ist sehr gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
