This peaceful Lakefront Guest House retreat has the best sunrises over the lake! Stroll down to the lake, fish off the shore or jump in the water from the dock. Located close to Callaway Gardens, Hills & Dales Estate, Biblical History Center, Sweetland Amphitheatre, Great Wolf Lodge, Auburn football games, Animal Safari, restaurants, shopping, Hogg Mine, and I-85 w/ convenient access to/from Atlanta, Columbus & Auburn. 5 minutes to Highland Marina for boat rentals and public access boat ramps.

After your lake day, retreat to this cozy bungalow on a wooded lot. Grill-out and enjoy the outdoor eating area, sit by the fire or chill on the deck overlooking the lake. Close to boat ramps and marinas who offer gas dock, boat rentals and restaurants.

Yet just 15 minutes from everything you could need. Open plan guesthouse offering seclusion just 10 minutes to downtown Newnan and 40 min to Atlanta airport. In view of the main house where hosts reside, this carriage house styled guest suite offers a king sized bed plus a trundle with two single beds for up to 4 people. Additional toddlers or infants may be accommodated upon request. Kitchen includes full sized oven and fridge. Cozy, private, surrounded in trees in a cul-desac neighborhood all on 7 acre lots.

A short drive to Callaway Gardens & Roosevelt Park. Few people even know it exists except the owners whose family has occupied this land since 1835 . An hour South of Atlanta, the cabin is not primitive, it has all the modern convenience sitting on a 20 ac tract with bigger tracts of land adjoining. I have a five person sleep accommodation but if you are a larger family I can make an allowance. It is a very safe area and we are available if you need us.
