Photos don’t do justice - first time in Lipa, but fell in love with the province in big part to Max’s home and hospitality. The area is so cool cause of the mountain breeze - the trees swaying sounded so much like waves. So so serene. Spent my mornings sipping coffee by the couch (which overlooks this large field), my sibling playing pool, and my dog running around freely. Felt like its own serene world. A big thank you to Kuya Mac Mac - who is also an amazing cook and helped us so much. 🙂 On to creature comforts: There’s private parking, the rooms are cozy, it’s a gated compound (so safe! they give you a remote for the gate so you can come and go whenever), there’s a proper closet, internet was great (I was able to take calls), spacious bathroom, lots of private spots (like, if you want a break from your group - there’s a small living space by the balcony besides the room), and Solar-heated shower. We’re definitely coming back. 🙂

A home away from home. Emily and her staff are proactive in making sure my arrival, and daily need are met. My whole experience was memorable.

You will be expecting an excellent host and a clean unit with complete kitchen appliances. The place is also safe for stay.

Amazing place. much better than I expected. The place is very clean and had a very homely feel. Communication from the host was easy. The building itself is highly secure and 1 minute walk to Eastwood Citywalk. I highly recommend this place.

The place is near the stores and church which is very convenient and they are so kind to let us stay ahead and my kids are enjoying playing billiards. Ate Riezel the caretaker is very accommodating and we felt home . Its very spacious and affordable. Thank u so much

We stayed here for 2 days and 1 night. The stay was amazing, the room is clean and spacious. The view of Mt Taal is majestic! We’ve been back and forth here at SMDC and I would stay this unit has the most amazing view ever. We also appreciate that they’ve communicated all throughout making sure we are enjoying our stay. We did self-check in and self check-out and everything runs smoothly. Will definitely go back here. Thank you so much po, may family enjoyed our short and sweet vacation!

The place was clean, the host is responsive, easy access to MOA, easy transportation. Downside of the place is the bad mobile signal or shall I say no signal at all. Although they have installed wifi but if you need to receive txt verification like OTP, it will take sometime for you to get a txt message. Other than that the unit is good. Hopefully they add TV on the unit as well.

We are grateful for providing my family a home while we are in the Philippines.

Host was very responsive with all my questions and was very accomadating with our needs. Place was exactly as shown on picture. Besides the actually place, the rooftop view was amazing, tons of restaurants just walking distance, and tons of activities to do. There's also a nearby fishball stand at night which made the stay even better.

We had a good time at Orlyn’s place. It is conveniently close to Mall of Asia and not far from Ninoy Aquino International Airport. There was soap, toothpaste and toothbrushes waiting for us. Nice touch, although we didn’t need to use them. I was a little confused about the use of the nice recreational amenities on the 2nd floor. I thought the guest pass I received at checkin (for which you have to deposit a form of ID) would give me access to the pool, but a guard told me that I could sit by the pool but not swim unless I paid a guest fee at the office in the basement. A note for future guests: the walls don’t go all the way up to the ceiling but are more like partitions, which helps the flow of cool air from the air conditioning and daylight which was fine for us, but if you want more privacy you must be aware that this means the rooms are not soundproof. All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Franz's unit is very clean and spotless. Location of the parking slot is very near the lobby. Location of the unit is just next to the elevator lobby. So convenient. Loved the morning sun and sunrise view. Had a great stay!

Accommodating host, cozy place to stay! We booked Allen’s place on a short notice; hours away from check-in. He responded quickly to my inquiries and made sure we’re well-informed about the place upon check-in. His place is clean and relatively new. It has common kitchen utensils, basic small appliances and toiletries. You don’t have to go out when you ran out of snacks because they have a little honesty store which sells food and drinks at a reasonable price. TV has cable and internet connection is stable; we were able to work comfortably! :)

Great find. Good wifi, good data signal, very clean place. Place is big enough for 10 people.

JClc is extremely accommodating and great with communication. Even before booking, she promptly and patiently responded to all my questions. During our stay, the door had a slight hiccup, but she was always on top of the situation to get it fixed, and offering us recommendations. She's also nice enough to let us stay longer than the usual check-out time. Her place is pristine as well. It was homey, cool and clean. The space was maximized and every detail was chosen well. Overall had a great experience and Jc is the host you'd want for a smooth experience. Thanks!

Highly recommended place! The house itself, the location, the host, etc, makes this places an A+ place to stay! If I can only give a more than perfect rating, I would. House was well kept, has everything you need either for an overnight or multiple-day’s stay. The entire village was very nice and youll feel safe even if you go out for a walk. The host was very easy to talk to, very flexible, and accommodating. They are very responsive as well. Ms Rose, the caretaker, was very nice to talk to as well. She very easy to reach out to if you need help.
