Host collected my luggage to put in the room before the check-in time. I always appreciate when the host makes my life a little bit easier! The room was comfortable and had a lot of natural light. Wifi was fast. I didn't have an issue with it as a remote worker. The bathroom was clean and shower pressure was good. Location is great! There are carendarias nearby for cheap local food and a wife variety of commercial restaurants. Several malls walking distance of the unit. Would definitely stay again if around in Eastwood

The owner and caretaker were responsive. The place is tidy and has most basic necessities available. As soon as we stepped into the condo, we were greeted by a pleasant scent that left my family feeling impressed and satisfied with our overall experience. The price for up to 5 people is fair, and you also get a lovely view.

Great location – close enough to the high street for convenience, but far enough for peace. Everything you need is walkable, which was a refreshing change from Manila. You're also a short Grab ride from MOA and other landmarks – just plan ahead for traffic. The host was helpful with local tips, and the apartment was clean, comfy, and great value. We wish we had time to enjoy the pool! Highly recommend, but note: this isn’t a hotel. There’s no bellhop and reception is just for security. Check-in is self-service and easy once you know.

This condo unit has a homey feel with modest furnishings and was sufficient for our needs for a restful stay. All the hosts were communicative and helpful and clearly provided all rules and instructions and prompt responses to our questions. We appreciated the follow-ups regarding issues we had with the Internet and streaming services, especially by Ate Tin who came in personally to provide assistance. While the stay was generally positive, there were minor points for improvement like one of the lights was constantly flickering and for some reason, a strong deodorizer smell was quite prominent in the unit. Making heads or tails of using the electric stove is also always a challenge in Grass Residences units (^_^;) Overall, we had a pleasant time at FaithfulNest. Thank you again to the hosts for the welcome and for allowing us to stay.

Jin's place is always incredibly tidy! We've been to her apartment over 10 times already. Whenever we need a place to stay in Makati, Jin is our first choice without a doubt. The minute you walk in, you can sense the love and attention she gives to keeping it clean. Every room is beautifully decorated, giving it a warm and inviting atmosphere rather than just a place to crash. It's no surprise we keep returning; her welcoming nature makes each visit memorable.

A Perfect Home Away from Home! We recently had the pleasure of staying in Andrea's Airbnb apartment at Flair Towers, and from the very start, it was nothing short of exceptional! The unit was pristine, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—a true home away from home. Unlike other accommodations where our foreign clients have stayed during their recuperation, Andrea's apartment provided the perfect healing environment they needed. We had a comfortable stay! The place is so nice and super clean. We love lounging at the sofa bed. The kitchen is complete with all the things you need and the condiments provided were lifesaver! Sir Ryan is very accomodating, responsive, and kind. He made sure that we're having a great time. We allso enjoyed resting at the balcony with the view of the pool, garden and city. Went with my officemates (12 pax) for our planning session and everyone was asking how much did we book the place. My workmates appreciated the place. It was beautiful! What we liked most: - carefully selected / themed furniture - ACs in the rooms and entertainment area. There were even fans in the dining area. - Not common in Airbnb is having an ice maker. It simplifies having gatherings as you don't need to bring tube ice - Fast wifi connection - Welcoming caretakers especially Chris - the beds were very comfortable. We snoozed to sleep after. - There were bath towels for each guest. But the extra and unique to the place is that they provided pool towels as well. - gas powered griller - The ambience was really relaxing We enjoyed our stay in Two Pines. Hoping to book again next time, this time with my family. Thank you Miguel for hosting us.

Great place and host

The location of this place is great. The individual Condo is great for two person 1. Rooms are spacious 2. Rates are very reasonable - The Host Yhamessa was kind and attentive-she did as well as she could to help us Improvement areas 1. Maintenance is Good. Rooms and furniture was well maintained , Overall it was a pleasant Stay, it felt like home away from home. Will again Book the same. Thanks Yhamessa for all the support

Thank so much Liza for the hospitality and accommodation. Highly recommended. By far this is our favorite place we stayed. The host is very accommodating and responsive to all our questions. She provided clear instructions from checking in up to checking out. We will definitely come back to Liza’s place The place is very quiet and the staff are very friendly. Other condominums you can hear even people passing by the corridor, but for this one, it is very quiet. I think the only con is the parking garage. The driveway is too steep and it is very dark especially during the night. Overall, we had an amazing stay!

Wil’s place is very clean and comfortable. My team did not have any problems during the stay (except for the blankets - they leave some loose threads in clothes and in bed) and we really loved the view. It is very clean.

Sun's place is spectacular and perfect. Everything in the apartment is detailed and functional. The place is located at the city, it has a nice view of the pool, the kitchen is very clean and spotless as well as the bathroom. The bed is comfortable and overall, the place smells so nice. He made sure that my stay is comfortable and safe by helping me with my luggages and giving me a nice warm welcome with complimentary gifts such as snacks. What I love the most is that he's also thoughtful in providing the things I might be needing in the place. Everything you need is in there! My standard for an airbnb place has gone up! Indeed, staying at Sun's place makes you feel pampered and at home. I will definitely book again.

Excellent location and place for 4 visitors

Nel's place is highly recommended... The house was impeccably clean... The location was perfect for our needs with a nearby stores.. We really had a wonderful stay and looking forward to comeback here again. Thank you very much for accomodating us.

Zheynnes place is a perfect for a few nights stay. Close to airport, mall of Asia and seaside promenade. Its a small one bedroom apt that has everything you need for a clean and comfortablestay . Zheynne is great host who was always available to answer any questions I had and was able to facilitate a 28hr stay for me as I had a late flight. The SM complex is huge and the communal pool is excellent with 3 pools to choose from. Its a nice way to relax for the day. There is a extra charge of 125 pesos to use the pool but its worth. This was one of best places i stayed in the Phillipeans as it was much cleaner that most hotels for the same price.
