We absolutely loved our stay! The place was clean, cozy, and the bed was super comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful, and the location couldn’t be better—walking distance to a market and plenty of stores. We did have a small issue at check-in, but Farah responded right away and made sure everything was resolved quickly. She was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place and are already looking forward to coming back!

This is my second time here so obviously I think it's great. It's well-maintained, comfy, and in a beautiful hilly area. The studio is attached to her home but is on its own level and has no door leading to her house. For an attached unit, it feels pretty private. I didn't have a car and that worked out fine because I'm okay with hill climbing. It's about a 12 min walk to a grocery store and some restaurants, 20 min walk to the LA river and the coffee shops along it. Adrien was kind and a wonderful host!

Beds are super comfortable.

Great host, not only is Matt’s place amazing, but he is a top notch host! Truly cares about his guests and quick response times! The house was incredible kitchen had all supplies so I was able to cook without missing anything! The fire pit and BBQ on front patio allowed for amazing memories! The rooftop patio, perfect for the morning sun! Walkable to Main Street and the beach! We never had to drive anywhere! Will definitely be staying here again!

it was the perfect day for a trip to Long beach. it had a great location easily walkable to a lot of great food places and the historic pine venue. the only thing I will mention is if you have multiple people in your party the couch pull out bed is a little uncomfortable so definitely have the children sleep on that lol. other than that it was the absolute perfect stay and exceeded our expectations.

Cute condo close to everything--the beach, downtown, 10 mins drive to groceries, restaurants, etc. Quiet at night (except my kids--sorry!) and safe to walk around. We took the kids to Legoland two days in a row and it was a 10-15 mins drive. Definitely will be coming back the next time we visit.

The home is very well sorted. You can tell it’s managed by someone who thinks of everything a guest may need and more. We loved the proximity to the beach and the EV charging outlet in the garage. Brenda is very responsive and on top of things.
