Ample parking is available. There's a bus stop basically right outside the door. Downtown Boulder and Denver are both about 20 minutes away. Movie theaters, shopping, breweries, restaurants galore are all within about a 5 minute drive.

Patio and fully fenced in shared yard. We live upstairs but separate entrances. Pets should be attended to if anxious or can’t be left alone. Note there are stairs on side of house to get to the guest suite :)
