This home looked like an incredible find for us—but the home exceeded all of our already high expectations! Squeaky clean, beautiful and spacious layout, full kitchen with everything one could need for meal prep at the house, gorgeous landscaped lot, wonderful covered deck with a gas grill and table room for 8, and three very large bedrooms i(ncluding one with a double bed, a daybed, a crib and changing table—WOW!) Our hosts were thoughtful, responsive and able to quickly help us with a minor issue. We WILL book again without hesitation, and we feel very grateful to have found this gem.

We went to Big Canoe for a wedding and rented Chase's ABB. He was the most gracious host and answered every question I had almost immediately! My cousin stayed in another ABB and complained they had to bring their own toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, etc. Chase's ABB provides everything just like a nice hotel would, but you're in a house that feels like you're home! Sitting on the porch listening to the waterfall was so relaxing. We did a little hike down to check it out, and it had a rock slide. Later, I heard some boys sliding down and yelling happily. I wish I had been able to do it! Maybe next time! Getting ready for the wedding was just like we were at our own home. There really aren't enough positive things I can say about Chase and his ABB!! We had the best time and are already planning to go back!

Cute and quiet house. we had a nice peaceful time at the pace and kids enjoyed the paddle boat. host was very responsive and helpful to help clean up the boat before we use. also loved the fire pit and abundant of wood and loved the deck.

Beautiful updated house, particularly the bathrooms. View of lake, golf course and mountain can’t be beat! Hosts provided lots of information about the location and things to do. Kitchen was well stocked with needed items to cook there, which was nice for our stay. Great stay with our family!

A Great place to brings friends or family for all kinds of events in and around town. Will be booking again.

We had a wonderful week in this home. There were 4 adults and 2 teenagers and 1 dog. All of us found spots to relax. It’s been about 2 weeks since we were there, and what stuck with me was sitting in the back porch in the mornings listening to the birds and watching the great blue heron. If I could change something about the house, I would have 2 bathrooms upstairs, but I know that would be an expensive investment. It would also be great to have more places to hang towels. Thank you so much Jauxniece! You were so good to us!!!!

Beautiful home and location! Right on the water- super easy to bring the kayaks out. Chris was very responsive- although we had no issues. She checked to make sure we got in ok and then sent instructions/suggestions for the area. This was by far the best home we have stayed in Big Canoe. It was also the cleanest and most stocked rental we have experienced. We will be back!

Beautiful quiet wooded setting. Ample room, love the 2 dining areas and porches. Steep paved driveway, but could navigate during the spring and room to turnaround at top. Towels were lush and mattresses were average. Electronics all worked and the house was well stocked with a welcome bag of snacks as well as toiletries. Imagine it would be lovely in the fall as well!

Cute little town home, 2 min from Acworth! Very cozy and spacious! Neighbors were friendly and close enough to the lake and things to do! Would stay again!

We absolutely loved the house! It was perfect for relaxing and spending time connecting! We really appreciated every small detail throughout the home down to the dog bones and bowls for the pups. These ladies thought of everything. It felt like home! Having stayed in many rental properties, this home is a shining star and one I would highly recommend! It was a positive and truly a memorable experience!

We stayed at Jo Anna’s place in Big Canoe and absolutely loved it! The condo was beautiful, cozy, and exceptionally clean—and trust me, I’m very picky when it comes to where we stay. I booked last minute, and Jo Anna was incredibly accommodating, making everything smooth and easy from start to finish. The pictures online don’t do it justice—the place is much bigger and even more comfortable in person. The beds were super cozy, and everything was set up perfectly for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was my husband spotting a black bear while driving up the mountain—such an unforgettable moment! We also played golf and grabbed a bite at Duffer’s—my boys devoured the burgers and fries. Everyone we met in Big Canoe was so friendly; we truly didn’t want to leave. Thank you, Jo Anna, for sharing your lovely place with us. We definitely want to come back soon!

My family and I enjoyed our trip so much. It was very peaceful and relaxing and our 15 year old twins loved every minute in the cabin and inside of the Big Canoe Resort. The cabin was very nice and kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook! The drive to cabin was so beautiful. A low profile vehicle may run bottom coming out of the driveway because it is pretty steep, I have a 4-runner so it was good but just giving a heads up on that. We also loved having our pets coming with us. They had a fenced in yard so they were able to go out and run around.

This house was truly amazing. My grandkids loved the game room, could not get them out of it, Lol. We would definitely go back again. Thank you Matt and April for a great experience. Lisa Treadway

Trevor’s place has a great view and was comfortable for our stay. It’s dog friendly, which is an added bonus. The fenced in dog walk area was a nice touch. We would be happy to stay here again when visiting the area.

Wonderful place to stay that was close to everything we needed. House was spotless, every detail thought of. Would definitely stay again!

If you’re looking for a peaceful place, look no further than. This is a gem for nature lovers where you can see many species of birds and wildlife while being near the city. The place is very comfortable and cozy. The view of the lake is beautiful specially in the early morning when you can have a perfect breakfast outside viewing the lake. The house has many table games and a great billiards table for use. This was a great stay for us and would definitely consider it again.

Debra was absolutely AMAZING, went above and beyond and made sure we felt right at home. The view is absolutely amazing, lots of deer and such and an astonishing view. Extremely grateful for being able to stay here and absolutely will book again when in the area! Thank you so much!

The view is lovely. This home has separate spaces for families or groups of friends with two different kitchens. I loved that there was a bedroom directly next to parking so a family member with a disability could walk in without taking the stairs. The home had plenty of linens, games and kitchen equipment. Having two washers and dryers was also a nice bonus!

Ms Judy was very nice welcoming me and my family. We had a great stay my babies love the lake with the geese. Fire bond and all. The place was beautiful and very responded to anything I needed or any issues I had. I’ll definitely recommend anyone to live here. Thank you for your service

The house was absolutely stunning! Everything is so nicely put together and super clean! The area is beautiful, quite, and peaceful. I'm already trying to find an excuse to return to Jasper, Georgia. There's so much to do on the property. You truly can make a multi day vacation with the amount of activities located in Big Canoe. Definitely take the time to visit the restaurant! The food was great and everything was super convenient to get to even with detours. The drive can be a little daunting at night as there are lots of turns and twist in the roads, but once you make it to the home, it's ALL worth it! Lindsay welcomed us to her home with clear instruction on what to expect. We had a fantastic time!

Casey’s property was everything I envisioned. I went with a group of friends and we all enjoyed ourselves. The space was clean, secluded, and very spacious! We all felt right at home as you would want to during a “cabin experience”. The host was responsive and timely with any questions I had. I would certainly revisit in the future.
