Gorgeous deck overlooking the lake. Picturesque location for morning coffee. We loved the private retreat type nature of the location. Cute outdoor area with wildflowers.

House was clean and had everything we needed for our family vacation. We had no problems or issues throughout our stay. Rooms were just as described. Great location to fish on Eagle Mountain Lake and explore the DFW area without feeling like we were in the city.

--> Super Chill, Pet-Friendly Stay with Bonus Peace of Mind <- I had such an awesome time staying here! Right from the start, the place felt super welcoming and relaxed. The property is so chill and has so much to do—there’s a pool, hammocks hanging between the trees, and swings to kick back on. Not to mention a barn where you can do your laundry. What really stood out for me was how pet-friendly everything is. I brought both my dogs along and it was honestly one of the easiest trips we’ve ever taken with them. It’s such an accommodating spot if you’re traveling with pets. Another thing that was a big plus: there’s a garage on the property where Oscar runs a clean, quiet mechanic shop. He’s an A.S.E. Master Technician, so if anything went wrong with my car (which thankfully it didn’t), I knew I'd be in good hands. That kind of peace of mind on a trip is priceless.

I think this is our 3rd or 4th year to stay in this beautiful home. It is perfect for us and is close to everything! The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. We will be back next year! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us .

This was the second time I have stayed here. This is a great home in an amazing location, the perfect place to let the world go by!

The cabin is very peaceful. We enjoyed the quiet, it was exactly what we needed. The grill was very nice. The fire pit was even stocked with fire starting items. The surrounding area is beautifully Texas. Green pastures, tall trees and cows grazing. Great space.

Fantastic cabin by the lake. So peaceful. I loved the shady area on the jetty to sit and read. The cabin is well equipped and comfortable. Not far from town so you can drop in and grab a bite, and everything you need to cook in. I booked last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. Scott and Brady could not have been more hospitable, taking my call on a Saturday evening, calling me back to guide me in, and then ensuring that I had everything I needed over the weekend. Their hosting and their property made for a really nice, relaxing weekend by the water, and I look forward to returning again.

This is my favorite AirBNB in this area, so much so we have now stayed two different times. This property is amazing. Plus the host is amazing. She is kind, proactive, and easy to communicate with. Beds are comfy and the surroundings are absolutely breathtaking!
