We are 25 miles from Austin, it’s a hills place, don’t expect stores closer just 5 miles away first gas station , 15 min away from shopping center 10 min away of HEB . We offer free 2 kayak. This means no smoking anywhere.. Pets are allowed ( dogs) if meet guidelines listed in "other details". ( I also have a guestroom in the house that is listed on Airbnb that sleeps 2 ) I will consider allowing 1 perhaps 2 dogs, MAKE SURE you read additional info in "Other Details" below..

The swimming pool never closes. We rent another cabin and RV so it is possibly shared .
