I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ruth's Airbnb, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I arrived, Ruth was an incredibly welcoming host, greeting me with warmth and making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The space itself was immaculate, festive decorations, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities I could ask for, from a well-stocked kitchen to plush bedding. The location was perfect, offering a peaceful retreat yet close enough to local attractions. Ruth went above and beyond to make sure I had a seamless experience, providing helpful local recommendations and even a personalized welcome booklet. I felt like I was staying in a home away from home. I left feeling completely refreshed and grateful for such a wonderful experience. This place was exactly as pictured and more. Just steps to the Toccoa River. So peaceful sitting out and listening to the water flow. This was the cleanest AirBnB we’ve ever stayed at. My wife is a professional housekeeper and she even commented about how clean it is! Would definitely stay here again.

Barry and Tricia are both so lovely, they were always very professional and extensive with their responses which I appreciated. The house was gorgeous and very spacious. It was very clean with an amazing view of the lake behind. We met the previous owner and he was very kind as well. The only thing I could think to ask of them is to include more pictures in the listing! You are gatekeeping your gorgeous home! lol This is a worthwhile stay with a group of friends or family. This vacation involved checking out the area for an upcoming wedding. For the house, we wanted lots of space in the house and easy parking, bathrooms for each family group, family space to hang out, easy walking, and of course access to the lake. All of these happened plus great porch space with the firepit and also the outdoor firepit. The stairs to the lake provided a work out and planning for the day. That is the only consideration for others to be aware of, is if they have a family member that has issues with stairs. The area is beautiful and exactly what we hoped for and this home with the easy contact for any issues or questions made it a great week!

We stayed here for Thanksgiving, and it was pretty cold, but well worth it. Being on the lake, makes me want to come back, with the boat, in the summer, to fully enjoy it. Great place, and will hopefully be back.

Beverly was a gracious host. I had a home reserved on another vacation rental site that was canceled last minute by the service. With just 30 hours notice Beverly was ready for our party of 9. This property is an amazing retreat that offers creek access, hiking trails, volleyball, a fire pit, and a screened in patio. Also, access to other outdoor activities is just minutes away. Our family spoke of this being a recurring meeting spot for us.

Had an amazing stay at Harold's country home! The home was cozy, well-equipped, and tranquil. Highly recommend for a Blue Ridge getaway!

Can I just say WOW?!?! This stay was truly a dream Christmas family vacation that we will never forget. We had more fun spending time in the cabin than we did going anywhere else. There was space for the adults and kids to equally enjoy. The hosts were so caring and accommodating and even had a Christmas tree put up for us before we got there. The amenities, the space, the cleanliness, etc., were incredible! Lifelong memories, thank you so much!!!

Great little sleep spot for some hikers coming thru town trying to finish the AT. We were able to walk across the street and eat dinner. Clean room, comfortable bed, clean shower and restroom. One in our group travels with a noise machine which proved to be helpful as the noise from the highway the motel faces can be a little loud. Felt very safe.

Jeffrey and Hope's home is truly breathtaking. Our family's Spring break 2025 was absolutely unforgettable. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Designer quality everything, well thought out for families, convenient to all things food, activities, etc

We had a wonderful week and stay! The game room was a blast! We loved having the boat dock to park the rental boat. Their kayaks are great. Everything was fantastic. We didn’t want for anything! Beautiful, peaceful, perfect stay. Thank you!

Beautiful surroundings, our kids really enjoyed the creek and lake. The interior was really clean and the kitchen was well appointed. It’s a very private location, so wifi was slow during our stay which affected the TV. The owners were very responsive and extremely detailed.

Nice private location on the water. Great family home for a gathering. Nice sunsets and dockage and the fire pits are a bonus.

Lakefront Haven is the perfect place to enjoy Lake Chatuge! The location is convenient to visit the surrounding towns & lots of outdoor activities. The house looks exactly like the photos, kitchen has everything you need to cook, beds are comfortable, there are lots of games, pool table, and kayaks & SUPs for enjoying the lake. It was our second time staying & I would highly recommend it!

The place was very clean and had anything you might want. It was so well stocked. Mary Beth is very responsive, never more than a few minutes to answer. I wish all hosts were like Mary Beth. Wonderful location, only a short walk to the dock and fishing. We definitely plan to go back. Don’t hesitate, you will be well pleased. Thank you for sharing your home Mary Beth.

Michael has an amazing home that was very family friendly and inviting. The lake views and house were even more impressive than the photos depicted in the rental posting. I will suggest to make sure your GPS is set to the address before heading up the mountain because cell service is intermittent. All and all the house has activities for days and my friends and family made memories that will last a lifetime

My family of 8 stayed seven nights between Christmas and through New Years. Peter was a fantastic host and the cabin was beautiful! We love the big windows in the living room and throughout the cabin (you can see the lake and mountains from most spots). We loved the lake and area. There was always something fun to do, whether we just stayed in and relaxed or went out exploring nearby hiking trails. We had an excellent stay and highly recommend.
