This was my second time to stay here. I like this place because it is close to town, the water and it has a nice yard and gated property. Sharon was very quick to respond to any questions.

We really appreciated the communication and opportunity for an early check-in, without even asking for one. Easy to follow instructions before and upon arrival, made for quick access to the property to begin enjoying the impressive dock and outdoor space on the beautiful bay. The space was perfect for our group of 6 (age range from 17-85). There was plenty of comfortable seating both inside and outside, cozy beds complete with extra bedding in the closet, a well stocked kitchen (and outdoor grills) to prepare and serve meals. The privacy of the downstairs bed/bath/game room was the highlight for our late teen/early 20 year olds; they liked that they had their own "apartment." (Note for parents with younger children: this space is only accessed from outside on the ground floor). The neighborhood felt safe, was quiet (during Spring Break). No luck fishing, but we enjoyed watching the birds, ducks, dolphins, and sunsets. Easy 45 min. drive/ferry to Port Aransas beaches. We'd rent again!

This was a fantastic stay for our son, his wife, us AND our beagle babies. Everything was neat, clean and very comfortable. I recently had knee replacement surgery and having an open floor plan with no steps to deal with was very important. Our puppies tell us it was the best place we have ever stayed and they loved chasing the birds and cats that scrambled in and out of the well-fenced yard. Thank you for having a beautiful, clean welcoming home away from home. We hope to stay with you again. Warm regards.

We had a fantastic stay! Everything was as described and we loved being a short drive to the beach. My kiddos and dogs loved the huge yard. We felt right at home and would definitely stay again.

Came for a weekend of fishing. Matt & Melanie's place was perfect. Our dog, Leo, loved it as much as we did. Felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Our boat fit perfectly in the driveway. Very quiet location. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you, M & M for having such a nice place & offering it up to others!

Centrally located. Easy to get to several must see places. From Padre Island and Corpus Cristi to the south and Aranas Wildlife Refuge to the north. Perfect for birdwatchers.

Quedamos encantados , la casa es muy comoda , la cocina esta muy equipada y pude cocinar todos los dias sin que me faltara algo , las televisiones estan con Netflix y otras aplicaciones , muy buen internet , nos pasamos un fin de semana largo en un lugar tranquilo y acojedor y las canchas de tennis estan enfrente de la casa. Dalia respondio an mis mensajes rapidamente , sin duda alguna volveriamos a ir .

It was a wonderful stay and 15 mins drive to beaches and aquarium. All restaurants were nearby. We enjoyed with our family.

This is the perfect home to getaway and relax. It's spacious with quiet surroundings and the pool is amazing. We enjoyed watching the wildlife in the evenings. We will definitely book again.

Beautiful home, golf cart is a major bonus. Pool was a great hit with the kids, warmer for the pool works wonderfully as well. Lots of beach/pool toys in the garage to use. Having a washer and dryer at the home was huge for us. Would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting an “at home” feel, but at the same time feel like you’re on a paradise vacation.

The home was in a great location, not too far from restaurants, marina and etc and it was a very quiet neighborhood. Sarah was very responsive and helpful.

Me and my Friend were so cozy in this cute little beach get-away apartment. Surrounded by a quiet area and literally less than a 10 min drive to the beach! They have everything you need and though we had no pets with us, we found it very sweet that the owners had dishes and treats for the pets. Diana was such a amazing host! I had left my airpods and offered to cover the expenses of gas and shipping, but Diana insisted that she would cover the expenses at no cost. A very sweet gesture and answered all of our questions in such short time. Would highly recommend staying here 😊

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Blue Flamingo, the house and location were better than described. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything that we needed, and Ryan & Tammye were great hosts. Communication was great the entire stay, we would stay at any of Ryan & Tammye's properties again. We had plenty of room to tie-off our 22ft boat and still fish the canal near the green light. Having the heated pool to relax in after a long day of fishing was a bonus. The Blue Flamingo is among a small list of rentals that we would stay at more than once. Thank you for the great hospitality.

It was super nice and clean inside made me feel right at home. Outside was beautiful too very spacious. The beach is a quick little drive, everything was really close. My friends, family, dog, and I loved it. Definitely worth the price and will most definitely book here again.

We loved this place! Everything was clean and tidy, the outdoor space was fantastic (inc lots of outdoor games!), and the house was super well stocked. Literally everything we could have needed was supplied. We didn’t realize there wasn’t an oven but they had an air fryer and a grill so we were able to change up the food plans slightly and it worked just fine. Dakota was super helpful and responsive and even checked in halfway through to make sure we were doing well. We love the location and our dog loved walking around the neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice house. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Plenty of clean linens and towels. Beds were already made for us.

Scott's is an amazing host. Scott is quick to respond to any questions and gave the best instructions on how to get there and how to get inside the location. This Coastal home is very roomy, clean, with plenty of space to feel comfortable to relax. The outside decks have great views. The furniture is also well kept and comfortable. We were amazed at the price we got it for. We would highly recommend this Coastal home to anyone wanting a fully equipped, quiet location, that's just minutes away from the restraunts, convenient stores, and the BEACH.
