Cabin(1100sq. ft) has all the amenities of home but in a camping environment. Wapsipinicon river in the front yard for fishing ,5 min walk to a private sandbar for relaxing. 20 min drive to Marion and 10-15 minutes to small town restaurants and shopping. No WIFI, cable or internet, just a TV with local channels. No hunting or discharging of firearms allowed. No pets. No ATV’s or Golf carts allowed. Due to this property being on the Wapsipinicon River cancellation may happen if flooding occurs.

Paved RV parking pad with hook-ups (extra fees apply to park an RV). Get fresh eggs or meet some friendly animals at the goat farm across the street (call Liz in advance).

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. legacy landing has a brand new 450 sq ft. shouse resting atop of 110 acres of beautiful woodlands. The shouse is covered from wall to ceiling in pine and cedar accents harvested from our forest and sleeps 5. Inside find a fully furnished kitchenette with indoor griddle/grill, air fryer and microwave. There are two lofts upstairs with a queen bed on one side and a twin bed on the other. Down stairs is a queen futon. 2 fully stocked fishing ponds.

Talk about PEACEFUL! This cozy country cabin has been a unique project for us and we want to share it with you! Unique and one of a kind decorations and structure. Tons of great nature views, many deer and other wildlife right outside your door. Watching the live bison right outside your door is pretty cool too! A pheasant hunting reserve next door as well! Sun yourself on the patio, or nap in the shade of the covered porch. We're sure you will love this space as much as we do. Not suitable for children under 12, we strictly enforce no children and no pets. Outdoor relaxing space, gas grill. Fully stocked cabin, with breakfast items included for you to enjoy at your leisure.

Our cabins feature full kitchens, large shared spaces, and modern amenities, making your stay truly comfortable. All towels and dinnerware are provided, except for pool towels.

This custom built studio cabin has everything you need to reset and relax! Situated on the waterfront of Millennium Marina backwaters, you have your own hot tub, soaking tub, and king sized bed. The dual sided fireplace is visible while laying in bed, or lounging in the massage chair. The kitchenette has a mini fridge, 2 burner stove, coffee essentials, and a dishwasher. Take in the surroundings while reading a book out on your private deck. Millennium restaurant is next door as well!

Unplug and get back to nature

The log cabin was built as a place to unwind, relax, and truly unplug. Nestled among 15 acres of rolling hills, the cabin can serve as a place to hunker down and read three novels, or a home base for hiking, cycling and putting the nature back in your life. Be advised, there is NO television and that’s for good reason. Cook, drink, eat, play, relax and refresh yourself. Wake up to the songs of birds and listen to the owls at night while you’re warming yourself around a bonfire.

Very private, secluded and relaxing spot within 30 yards of walking or biking trail. Enjoy wildlife, plenty of deer and eagles to watch off the large open front porch. Fire pits for each cabin with firewood provided. Grill provided in front yard. Two private bedrooms with a queen bed in each. Kitchen included microwave, 2-burner stove and full size refrigerator. Coffee make and toaster also provided. River for canoeing and kayaking within walking distance.

Rustic cabin surrounded by small timber tract. Very cozy cabin with relaxing space, sleeps 6 guests; 4 beds, 1 Queen & 3 full beds. Quiet and private. You have the entire cabin to yourself. Enjoy the fire pit and feel to walk around the grounds. Close to The Field of Dreams, Mississippi and Maquoketa Rivers. Also, close to Jones and Delaware county fair grounds. You’ll also find that Farley Speedway and Tristate Raceway are minutes away. Nature awaits!!
