Beautiful cottage! We loved the hot tub and loved the minimal checkout requirements. Made it much less stressful trying to leave! Loved having a place to leave garbage and not having to take it with us. Owners were incredibly responsive and kind! Great stay

My friends and I love getting together for a getaway at Caitlin's cozy blue beach house!! . The house is so cozy and homelike. The hot tub is great. Will always rebook this place for a getaway!!

Lovely stay, we stayed for a weekend and were thoroughly happy with our stay! The place was very clean, and the amenities such as the hot tub were very nice and relaxing. Definitely worth it, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice relaxing getaway. The beds were very comfy as well, and there were lots of towels for our group of 10. 10/10!

Y’all! Robert was my first ever host for Airbnb and I couldn’t have asked for a more chill guy. I told Robert 2 weeks in advance I had to change my dates from 2 nights to a night and he changed it with no questions asked. Even tho the bed were pull out couches, the mattress wasn’t hard and I rested pretty well. This cottage is the size of a small studio apartment and it was perfect for a mini get away from Michigan. Only complaint is that I wanted to sign the guest book but no pen was provided, so bring a pen with you to sign! Also the trail to get to this cottage is narrow, STEEP and bumpy , so please drive safe. Recommend this place for adventurers and would be better to book during the warmer weather to get the full experience.

We stayed here for a few nights as a “staycation”. It was peaceful and a beautiful space, perfect for the relaxing few days we were hoping to have. The kitchen was well stocked and the house had all of the amenities needed. The bed was very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again.

this was a great stay! the views from the deck and the living room, the hot tub, the loft, the amenities, the decor and everything was perfect. it was clean and the host was great at communication.

Great space. Walkable to Kiddieland (big park) which was a hit with my 3 year old. Hot tub and outdoor area was a definite plus. We had a great time!

We went near the end of April. Weather was a little chilly at night but beautiful during the day. The place itself had so many things stocked. We definitely over prepared. It was so quiet when we went. The first day, we didn't see any people...and we went to the park and the beach. We adventured to many of the spots listed in the Welcoming book. We would love to go back in the summer time to actually use the beach properly. Quiet, beautiful, lots of wildlife and the BEST dill pickle fries down the street at the Chip Ship.

Always a wonderful experience staying here (third time!). Clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a great stay. Randy is accommodating and easy to get ahold of for any questions or concerns as well. Looking forward to future stays here!

Had a great stay here! We really appreciated the fenced in yard for our Dog and all the amenities like coffee and laundry. Will 100% consider staying here next year.

We have stayed at the cottage several times but this was the best of all! May has updated and renovated the cottage with fresh paint, a new sectional sofa in the living room looking out to the beautiful view of the lake out back, new lighting, and other new furniture & furnishings. The king size bed is huge and so comfy, we slept great! We will always stay at the cottage when in the area.

Hands down one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. Jill and Terry’s home is situated on a beautiful tract of land, surrounded by the best nature Pelee Island has to offer. The swinging bed on the screened in porch makes for the best place to take an afternoon nap. All in all 5 stars!

Our stay was great! The airbnb was so cozy- it was the perfect winter getaway with the fireplaces and cozy atmosphere of the home. Our host was great and we even extended our stay an extra day because we loved it so much! We highly recommend going to the local museum (it’s a bit hard to access the lake in the winter from our experience because it snowed a bunch but there’s still lots to do). Would definitely go again!

Jeff’s cottage was welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. He reached out a few days before our arrival to offer a call, during which he provided detailed information about check-in procedures, parking, local restaurant recommendations, and how to use the home’s amenities. His proactive communication made our trip seamless. The cottage itself was small but very cozy (everything we were looking for), with a backyard that features a BBQ grill, a fire pit, and ambient string lights that create a comfortable evening atmosphere. The town is equally delightful, offering a variety of adorable restaurants and places to explore. As a thoughtful touch, Jeff left us a small welcome gift, making us feel truly appreciated. His hospitality made our stay memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cottage and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

We were looking for a last minute long weekend escape, and were so lucky to have found this cottage!! It is just as described. Perfect for a quiet escape. Everything you need to relax. We originally thought we'd explore local restaurants, but were enjoying the solitude so much we just cooked all our meals at the cottage. Great wildlife watching as well.....watched osprey and eagle hunt the lake, and a little beaver on its daily routine...... so fun!! We also greatly appreciated being able to bring our dog. He seemed to love the tranquility as well, and the road around the lake is perfect for getting in those daily walks. We definitely plan to be back!! The only disappointment was having to leave. Thank you, Michelle!!

Great place! Vicki was very friendly and communicative. The cottage was perfect for what we wanted - a family friendly Thanksgiving. The place has everything you need and we had an excellent experience. We barbecued and made s’mores at the fire pit. I suspect that during summer it’s even more fun given the warm weather amenities. We definitely would love to come back!

We LOVE LOVE LOVED our stay at Strawberry Too. The surrounding area is fabulous and beautiful. If you like to walk/hike outdoors, the park system in the area is top notch. It’s super close to Cleveland and many quaint small town areas. Corky and Mark were some of our favorite hosts we’ve had in the 13 years of using Airbnb. The house is adorable and detailed touches all around. We would love to come back.

It was great staying at Thess’s place, she was responsive and friendly. It was very easy to get inside and we felt being home as a family. Patio was great and also sun room to hang out.

We just left this wonderful cottage and are planning our return already! Sylvia is the absolute best host! Sylvia greeted us upon our arrival to show us around her lovely and extremely clean cottage. She is so sweet and welcoming, we instantly felt right at home. She has truly thought of everything to make your stay comfortable, even leaving little treats and wine for us. You can tell she truly enjoys sharing her cottage with guests and wants to make sure you enjoy every minute of being there! There are so many things to do in this quant little village and she makes sure you know all about them. The beach & outdoor areas are a dream and immediately puts you in vacation mode! I could go on and on about this little gem of a cottage & Sylvia …..but it comes down to, if you want to stay in an adorable little cottage, with the most comfortable amenities, best host, beautiful view and make the best memories, do not hesitate booking this cottage you will not regret it!

Had a fabulous stay here. The house had everything we needed to make our stay a home from home experience. Loved the loft for cozy movie nights and used it as my yoga studio in the day. The kitchen was well equipped and the sunsets at the lake were amazing. We hiked a couple of the local trails in the snow and warmed up in Groggs afterwards. Foodland and Tim’s a short drive away when needed. Perfect.

Kind and understanding host. Was able to accommodate a later check in time and I didn’t feel rushed. Beautiful property! Hope to be allowed to visit again

The Urban Cottage was a lovely get away for my husband, myself and our pup! The outdoor area is very spacious with areas for our dog to run loose! She loved it in the back open field area! We were introduced to the space and given keys by Steve. He was nice and informative. It is not self check in so you will tell them it ETA. Sarah was nice via messaging as well. You felt immediately comfortable! The space has a fun vibe and I enjoyed journaling and drinking tea out by the creek at the outdoor table. I found the cemetery very nice behind the property, there were people who use the trail back there, we didn’t explore it ourselves. The shower was small but nice and had shampoo, conditioner and soap. Everything was very clean. The Keurig was an added bonus and there were a lot of plates, bowls, utensils and cups! The bed was very comfy and the comforter was really warm! We had a great sleep! The photos are all accurate and it is decorated beautifully. Thank you for a wonderful stay! A+!
