Maria's place was absolutely delightful! The location is unbeatable, right near everything you could need. From the moment we arrived, both she and her husband made us feel right at home. Having a grocery store just across the street was incredibly convenient, and we loved discovering the nearby taco stand—such a treat! Gusto's bakery was an incredible find, just a short walk away, and we took full advantage of the easy stroll to the beach for free yoga sessions on the bluff. Maria's thoughtful touch of providing yoga mats was such a bonus! We truly appreciated that so many stores and restaurants were within walking distance, which made our stay even more enjoyable since we didn't need a car to explore the area. The unit itself was spotless and secure, plus it was stocked with a variety of extra amenities like coffee, tea, cooking essentials, and personal care items. Overall, I can't recommend Maria's place enough. I hope to return!

Absolutely perfect for our needs. EVERYTHING was amazing. Communication was incredible. Juts wonderful. Enjoyed our stay. Do not even have half a complaint. Can’t say enough wonderful things about the apartment and the hosts!!! Def would stay there again.

The views, location, and amenities were perfect. Came for a business trip and this place was a sanctuary that allowed me to focus on getting everything I needed to done, then relax and have a great time afterwards. Location is close to everything. Jelani and co-host Faith were exceptional hosts! They were incredibly responsive and understanding, always willing to accommodate our needs. Any questions we had were answered in just minutes. The property itself felt like a little resort. Beautiful pool area along with gym and other activities you can do in building, amazing ambiance! It was spotlessly clean and looked exactly as depicted in the photos. I will definitely be booking this place again!

I had a great stay, the apartment is beautiful and has everything you need in the kitchen. I didn’t try the gym, but that’s an option. As far as the host goes, he went above and beyond. Met me in person with the keys and when I forgot my ear pods, he made it possible for me to meet him and retrieve them after I checked out. I will stay again.

What a fantastic beach-getaway! Richard was so fun and friendly when we checked in, and we felt right at home. The home was gorgeous and just yards away from the beach, and had a beautiful patio for relaxing in the sunshine. We hope to come back soon for another trip!

Danny was an amazing host, and this place is wonderful. Our family felt right at home and enjoyed every sunset for the week we were here. Danny was so kind, generous, and thoughtful -- we would absolutely come back here again and recommend it highly to any and everyone visiting the area.

Beds are super comfortable.

We stayed here for our spring break with my 6 kids. Ages 23-5. We are not partiers just a family get away to relax and cook together. We booked this place based on the pool and it was worth it for us. The previous reviews were alarming about quiet hrs and it being strict but we had no problem and stayed in the pool till 945 at night. I did tell me younger 3 kids to be quiet at night to be respectful and they were for the most part but definitely got loud with their voice a few times. Great house no complaints beds were very comfy!

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

it was the perfect day for a trip to Long beach. it had a great location easily walkable to a lot of great food places and the historic pine venue. the only thing I will mention is if you have multiple people in your party the couch pull out bed is a little uncomfortable so definitely have the children sleep on that lol. other than that it was the absolute perfect stay and exceeded our expectations.

What a wonderful place to stay and what a great host! Our family fit comfortably and absolutely loved the layout and closeness to the beach. There were games and toys for the kids to play with, nothing was run down or broken, and the host very responsive, informative, and respectful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I will booking again. The resort is more beautiful and had views that were unexpected and breathtaking. the staff was so welcoming and friendly. Instructions were clear and check in and out was a dream. there was a roman soaking tub in the room and a spa style shower that wasn't even pictured. I can't say enough. I will be booking again.
