Was wonderful for our anniversary get away weekend. Short 30 minute drive to Hot Springs where all the tourists attractions and stuff were at. Very beautiful view perfect for morning coffee on the porch. Mark was very kind and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Absolutely loved staying at Jill’s place. It had everything I needed and was very cozy and clean! Beautiful view of a stream in the backyard.

Julia’s place was absolutely beautiful. The home is prettier than the pics. The view is intoxicating. Julia was so helpful and communicated promptly. I honestly can’t wait to go back. The drive will seem a lil far from downtown but the drive is peaceful & relaxing w/ a eatery close by. .

The host was responsive when we had to msg her. The duplex is cute and cozy. The kitchen area is cramped. But let’s be real, I wasn’t in hot springs to cook so it was really a non- issue for us. The bedrooms were nice, the pillows are great. There is art from local artists on the wall which I thought was neat. It’s super close to everything we needed and yet felt secluded enough that it didn’t have that busy feel. It felt well maintained and had vintage charm.

My husband and I chose this place for our one year anniversary and it was absolutely beautiful! We were on a budget so the price was good for us and it was well worth it! Best place you could get for the price! There was amazing scenery and it was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend for any couple wanting a cute cozy get away!

It was a great place to stay. It was clean, located close to the historic district, and Curtis was very friendly and communicative! Would definitely recommend!

We booked this condo last minute, and it was the most accommodating stay we’ve ever had with Airbnb. The host was very quick to reply, made sure we had what we needed, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Pictures do not do this place justice. It looks and feels brand new when you walk in the door, and everything is meticulous in the whole house. We couldn’t be more happy with our stay, and would recommend this condo to anyone! After staying here we wouldn’t think about booking anywhere else in mount ida. A true gem in a perfectly situated area.

Our host Deborah was amazing. Very helpful with things to do in town. Cabin was clean and neat. The room was connected to the lake house that host was staying in but still felt private.

I thought it was great! I am retired army and I have PTSD. I am also a first time author and I need a quiet place to write. I stayed in the place for two days without leaving and just eating what I brought. Very quiet. Sometimes internet goes out but that is because it it remote; internet also returns.

Great location, quiet, quaint and the host is phenomenal and very accommodating. There was a mix up in our reservations and the host sorted it out, while allowing an early check-in, which was something I needed for our trip. Loved the space and my fiance and I, agreed will definitely come back in the future.

We have stayed here before and it is nice and clean. Peaceful and right on the Cortez golf course. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed looking at the water and the fishermen. Kids fished from the docks and we them catch fish. The condo was a perfect place for us. We cook and the kitchen was great, well-equipped and stocked. Used the grill several times and liked it. It was also nice that after climbing up the stairs outside, the inside of the condo is one level and the view of the lake is above the boat dock. Beds were comfortable and the linens were nice Stayed more than a month and I wish we could return for another month. if you like to soak in hot springs, go to Quapaw downtown. Soak all day for $26.

Denise & Johnny were fabulous hosts. They were so responsive, welcoming and helpful for any questions we had. The place was very clean and even more spacious than appeared in the pictures. We loved and used the outdoor space to have a drink/coffee and view the golf course. Kitchen had all necessary supplies and we appreciated having a TV in the bedroom as well. Thoughtful touches such as a well lit path and lovely flowers. Such a quiet and peaceful setting. Great selection of restaurants and golfing in the village. Definitely recommend their place and we look forward to returning.

It was nice for the right price

We enjoyed our stay here and it was great value for the price and a really beautiful location. Kitchen was very well-stocked, rooms looked like the photos and matched the description, assigned parking was convenient and helpful. The slight feedback we’d share for other guests: WiFi was just about fast enough for Zoom calls but felt a bit on the fringe, place was a bit dusty when we arrived in case you’re sensitive, be careful with the balcony doors as there are a ton of bugs outside, and while we were there there was quite a bit of construction upstairs and the other building during our stay (hopefully that’s gone soon). That said, getting a roomy condo for the price of a hotel in the area was an absolute steal so we didn’t mind the slight issues. Check out was early but easy — no ridiculous requirements which seem to be commonplace these days. Overall would recommend!

The stay was good. The condo was clean and comfortable for the family. Candice was good at communicating through our our stay.

This place was everything it was described to be! Great size, seamless check-in and out. Loved that there were king size beds in each room. The master bedroom’s bed was definitely more comfortable than the other, but I know that’s personal preference. We used the boat slip but There were a lot of stairs to get down to the dock so that’s not super handicap friendly but you can’t avoid that. There was a highchair and crib in the room to use which was very nice! The kitchen was nicely appointed. Lots of small appliances to use. Had a trash compactor which I’ve never seen in an Airbnb! Loved it! Overall a great place and will stay again! Very beautiful view as well!!

Very close to everything HOT SPRINGS! Super spacious with the bonus room that also has a TV!

The wife loved the view over the lake (the cat seemed to enjoy it too). Many little extras provided like K-Cup coffees, spices, fully stocked kitchen. WIFI worked good (critical since I had to work many of the days). Overall, a nice place to stay.
