The house was very cozy and accommodating, we enjoyed our stay!

house was very clean , had everything we needed for our stay. beds were very comfortable and enough space for my big family.

Just an excellent stay all around! Lexis & Zach's communication is the best we've encountered on airbnb, lighting quick, always were proactive and helpful. They truly make everything about this vacation rental easy and efficient. If you know Lake Havasu, nothing is far away from the water, and this location is no different. In a nice, safe community, and only 10 mins to the London Bridge, Pittsburgh Point, Golf Courses, etc. The backyard and sunroom setup is exactly what any family is looking for - pool, hot tub, grill, fire pit, arcade game, cornhole, bar fridge, pool/pingpong table ... it was perfect. We had 2 families of four, and it was an excellent fit between the four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Living area and kitchen are ideally setup, flows through the house ... and the 'front patio' was a beautiful place to sit at the end of the day. We are already looking to book this property with Lexis & Zach again. Thanks for such a great vacation for our families.!

We would happily stay here again. The house was beautifully decorated and so close to everything you may possibly need - gas, market, Dutch Bros! The shower did stay hot, but I think that’s just Arizona for you lol Thanks Christine!

Loved the home, beautiful kitchen and rooms. I booked it mostly for the outside, the pictures looked great except the furniture really needs to be replaced. It definitely needs some TLC. There's well over 50 pillows EVERYWHERE. I had to toss some to the side of the house. Our contact lady that came to help us twice was very kind and helpful. When the water fountain and lights didn't turn on, she fixed it right away. She went above and beyond. The owners of the house just need to sped some time on the patio. Things are getting old and destroyed by the sun. If a little time and money is spent on it, then it'll look a lot nicer and just be overall more of a resort feel. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves regardless... Lots of palapa umbrellas around to create a lot of shade. The BBQ was also really nice and fairly clean. Enjoyed the amenities a lot. We would return if we decide to stay so far from downtown. Everything took 10+ mins to do something whether its shopping or launching a boat.

Stayed here while in town to work the Lake Havasu Boat Show. Location was good and the house was clean. The outside back area is great. There’s a pool, gas grill, and lounge area with a gas fire pit thing. Nice view of the lake.

This place was great! It was quiet, nice view of the lake, and had lots of open space. We really enjoyed our time here.

Great place to stay. The pool definitely needs re plastered but did not effect my stay! Loved the hot tub as the weather did cool down a bit. Would recommend!!!
