Location cannot be beat! Have stayed in the condo complex before, but first time staying at this one. Loved the way the kitchen was setup. Really nice to sit on the 2nd floor balcony and relax at night. Will definately want to stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, well appointed and beautifully updated. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the ferry, stores and London Bridge area, which made everything so convenient. Not to mention the view was absolutely perfect. Dennis was incredibly friendly and responsive making sure everything was smooth as well. Would definitely stay here again next time— highly recommend!

The condo was perfect for my husband and myself. It had everything that we needed, even the salt & pepper and coffee. We didn’t need the extra bedroom, except that’s were I put my shopping bags lol

Nicholas’s condo was very clean and very well stocked. The kitchen was a standout with spices, coffee, plastic wrap and tin foil provided. The bed was very comfortable and the televisions were large and had very sharp images. The wifi was spotty and quite frustrating at times but we were told that the whole city has bad wifi. We had a bit of trouble with the lock box upon arrival and departure so we informed Nicholas and recommended that he replace it. Overall we would highly recommend this listing and would definitely stay there again.

This getaway spot was amazing! Janina's place was super easy to find and had great parking options even some for thoes with boats/ trailers. The area in and outside was clean. The kitchen had spices, tea and coffee, and many cooking appliances. The bathroom was also fully stocked with things we may have needed. The bed was very comfortable and clean as well. There were extra super soft blankets and towels that were much appreciated. Also very central to amazing food and sites but not too much in the hustle and bustle of their busier areas. Would love to stay here again anytime!!

It was a perfect place for us to spend a couple of nights while in town to visit family. It had everything we needed for a short stay and a great experience for our first time renting an Airbnb in Havasu. The pretty fresh flowers, coffee, snacks and water bottles waiting for us was very thoughtful and made us feel welcomed. Quiet nights for a good night sleep. We plan to stay again for our next visit to Lake Havasu.

house is absolutely beautiful. very close to everything there is to do at havasu. the home had great AC and was loaded with amenities provided by the host. it was very clean and the neighbors were friendly. could not recommend this stay enough.

Wonderful location and very comfy!! We did try to use the sofa bed to lay down and watch TV, it doesn't work. It would have been needed if i took my girls. Otherwise AMAZING place and Wonderful hosts.

The condo was clean, cozy, and conveniently located, making it easy to explore the area. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the check-in process was seamless. One of the shower heads was broken, but the host responded immediately and sent a repairman to fix it right away—great service!

We had a wonderful weekend in Lake Havasu. Kyle’s condo was beautiful and centrally located to parks, restaurants, and the London Bridge. The condo was exactly as described. We were able to enjoy the balloons during their Balloon Festival right from the balcony. We would highly recommend this condo, and would love to return!

Place was close to all the action, easily accessible, and a decent view.

The host is very responsive and helpful, apartment is clean and cozy. We had a wonderful stay.
