Off the beaten path, approximately 1 mile down a bumpy dirty road you will find a hidden gem. At the edge of the Ozarks in the heart of green country is a small cottage located on a beautiful one acre spring feed pond. You can see the spring gushing out of the hillside. Our cottage is small, cozy, and very relaxing. Whether you are kicking back watching the tube or paddling around the pond you will feel right at home and may not want to leave. French Woods Quarters

Our guesthouse has a very warm, peaceful decor to parallel the nature around it. You will likely see many deer and other wildlife from the huge covered back porch while enjoying a meal cooked in your full kitchen. You will also have access to an attached single-car garage where there is also a washer and dryer available for your use. The pool is left open year round. Whether you need a place to get away and relax or place to call home while you're traveling for work, this is your place!

Enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Hudson from the large back porch as it sits atop a rocky cliff. It is a great place to take in the sunrise with a cup of coffee, relax with your favorite book, or just take in the wildlife. The three bedroom, two bathroom house is fully equipped for your comfort. Iron Horse Landing is a short walk down the hill. They have food, drinks and live music during the summer as well as boat rentals.
