You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. The Great Green Room offers a completely private entry, living space, and bathroom. It is attached to our personal home but has zero shared space. It is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, kuerig, toaster, and kitchen necessities. We are close to great food and shopping. Only five minutes away from Lake Lanier and centrally located between Gainesville and Flowery Branch, GA. We are close to 985 and 20 minutes from the Mall of Georgia!

Bring your pets and enjoy a stay 1 mile from Canton Street and all that downtown Roswell has to offer. It’s also convenient to the Perimeter area, Buckhead and Alpharetta. The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. Completely remodeled, the guest space offers modern and comfortable accommodations. Be sure to take advantage of the swinging bed under the string lights on your private patio.

Cozy up at Little Farm at the foothills of the Appalachians. Perfect for couples and traveling professionals, our private walkout basement has a separate driveway and entrance, king size bed and full bath. Comfy reclining loveseat and sofa, 70” HD smart TV with sound bar with Netflix and Amazon Prime, WIFI, refrigerator, microwave, coffee bar with Keurig Coffee Maker, and bistro table. Outside enjoy the Little Farm views of our flock under gorgeous Magnolia complete with fire pit and glider.

Tucked away in the beautiful foothills of the North Georgia mountains, is a newly renovated basement guest suite. Nice bedroom with a queen bed, laundry room, sitting room with a sofa bed and a breakfast nook, kitchen with coffee. Several attractions minutes from our driveway. Amicalola Falls State Park, Iron Mountain Park, Burts Pumpkin Patch, Ellijay Apple Orchards, Chattahoochee National Forest hiking trails, Fausett Farms Sunflowers, Appalachian Trail, AMP, rivers to fish, kayak, and tube.

This new garden basement apartment has full sized stocked kitchen, large double vanity bathroom, fully stocked game room/billiard room, and separate private office. 10 foot ceilings throughout unit and it opens to shared backyard gardens & private patio. King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

Master bedroom has a king size bed & lounge chair. Our road was once used to access first gold mine in USA (access on Etowah kayak trail)!

There are plenty of places to eat, shop, and experience the beauty of Milton/Alpharetta all within a 4 to 20 minute radius of our location. We have an available roll-away bed if needed, the cost is $10.

Access to pool area ( May 15 - Sept. 5) a wooded back yard creek, firepit, a beautiful wooded neighborhood for leisure walks, 0.9 mile to restaurants, grocery store & gas stations. 6 miles to downtown Gainesville, GA., and within 30 minute drive to Helen, Dahlonega, hiking trails & waterfalls.

"Feel Like Own Home". This is like semi-basement with private entry, we are renting the whole place including 1 Bedroom, Kitchen, 1 Bathroom, Living room, Stove, Fridge, Closet, TV with NETFLIX. Parking is available in the driveway. Numbered of people staying overnight must match the number of people booked for the reservation. Guest who are NOT part of the reservation are not allowed.
