We loved the stay very beautiful and peaceful would stay again

We’ll be coming back! The place is stocked with everything you would need to feel cozy + at home. We spent so much time on the water and curled up with books on the patio. Air bnbs rarely have throw blankets, and we really appreciated having those! Thank you so much!

We were on the go quite a bit but were still able to enjoy the lake with the kayaks and some fishing as well! Was worried about bugs and critters due to lake life but not one found! Everything was kept very clean! Comfy couch and beds were appreciated! Pulling in to beautiful lights around the home and fire pit was a plus as well. Overall great location, great price and great experience on the lake!

The place was exactly like the pictures and what you described. The transaction was seamless and it is a perfect getaway for anyone. I could not be more happy and I will definitely try to stay in that exact same place in the very near future. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I genuinely cannot give enough positive feedback about this place and the host. Pictures do not so it justice. The bed/pillows in the main room are the best thing I've ever slept on. The shower...😳😘 Our teenage boys loved it (the dock). I can't wait to come back!!

This home was PERFECT for a short getaway with my son for Spring Break. The property was serene and private and accommodations inside were BETTER than the photos. Lots of modern amenities made our stay comfortable and truly enjoyable.

I travelled from Illinois to meet family from Alabama for Thanksgiving. It cut everyone's travel time in half. We brought with us all of our groceries and made all our traditional Thanksgiving favorites in the well equipped kitchen. We spent 2 days enjoying family time with a view of the lake. The last night we roasted hot dogs and marshmallows over the fire pit. One other comment everyone had was the excellent quality and number of towel available.

Booked this so the wife and I could get away for a long weekend and couldn’t be happier. The place was exactly as described and probably better. The house felt bigger than it is but the real gem is the area outside. The deck was amazing with a pretty darn nice view. Fire pit outside was perfect for the wife and I. Spent a day sitting on the floating dock and felt like we were floating on a boat. Lake Malone is a beautiful lake. My suggestion would be when you book it make sure to have your supplies when you arrive. Dollar General is close but grocery store is a bit of a drive but definitely not a deal breaker. Communication was quick and helpful. Cant wait to book it again!!!!!

This is our second visit to this wonderful location (group of 6). While we thought the property was wonderful the first time, the owners have done some great upgrades that make you simply love the property even more (if that is possible in our opinion). Our group have just booked another weekend for later in the year, simply put if that does not say how good this property is i do not know what will! Bethany is fantastic host and i highly recommend!!

We took our grand kids for a two nights stay and had a blast. We hiked all through the woods and around the lake spotting all sorts of animal tracks and learning to skip rocks. The grand kids love going on adventures and roasting hotdogs and marshmallows so they didn’t want to leave. My husband and I were very happy with the big cabin and plan to come back when it’s warmer with the rest of the family!

So let me tell yall…. Do not be late driving there at night lol because of the road being small and nature surrounds it. And don’t go in the snow unless you know you staying til it melts and you not driving a sport car. But to speak highly of the host Josh!!! Very attentive and when I say made sure our stay was Amazing!! I asked for a small simple favor for my hubby birthday and He made that happen!!! His place is exactly as described with all extra activities and all. But unfortunately, the weather permitted us from using it. It was definitely a home away from home coming here! From the first appearance, entry upon the home and the bed!!! I thought I would have some friends come celebrate with us but it was ok. We slept so peacefully! The bed was extremely comfortable!! This home had everything needed to enjoy our stay! Will we be back??? ABSOLUTELY!!!!! Josh kept in touch from the day before until check out! I wish I could 2000 stars because he was concerned about our safety leaving

We really enjoyed our stay once again. My family returned for a second visit to Wendy's listing almost a year later to the day. This time the weather was impacted by a tropical storm "Francine" and the local event we had hoped for was cancelled. Wendy and Steve were so kind as to keep the pontoon rental we hoped for available for us if the weather turned and we were able to get a day in on the lake. Even experiencing a power outage our hosts reached out to us checking in on us and ensuring we were alright and if we needed anything, As they say, "you can always pick your dates, but you can never pick your weather". That said, our family still enjoyed our time once again. All possible by a great location the property has on the lake, big space allowed us to feel really comfortable when kept inside and our gracious, kind and thoughtful hosts.

We had an excellent time! Everything was beautiful. SO many extra’s you normally don’t see in a stay! The place looks even better in person! Andrew was super responsive and so accommodating. We most definitely will be back !
