Welcome to our home in Culver Indiana,. This is a 2 bedroom apartment that is a walkout basement with completely separate entrance on back of home. Our home is newly constructed with all new furnishings. This home is very close to Lax Max located downtown Culver and very close to Culver Academies and near all of the downtown restaurants. We have a child that attends the Academy and purchased this home because it was so hard to find a place to stay and we decided we would rent it to others also.

The property was first bought by our grandfather William C. Ball in 1943 while my father William Ball attended Culver Military Academy. We have a long history of wonderful memories of Summers growing up at the lake as do our own children. We have a large yard that walk straight out to the lake no stairs. The large house does share the property with a smaller Cottage that sleeps six. Both houses share the pier
