Cozy cottage hidden away in a quiet neighborhood 1.5 blocks from Lake Michigan, featuring a screened back porch perfect for morning coffee. Near the Benton Harbor Arts District, downtown St Joe, this cottage is surrounded by local restaurants, breweries, wineries, golf courses and shops. The beach is a year round destination, each season has its own wonders. Note: no TV, and WiFi can be spotty due to hills. Expect 90+ tiered steps to the sandy beach below. This guesthouse is detached from the main house, comes with garage parking and has all the amenities you need including a wood-burning fire place! Towels, bath tissue, soaps & travel items. AC Window Unit. Kitchen includes pots/pans, dishes, mugs/glasses, coffee pot, toaster & microwave. Paper goods. New appliances/new water heater in 2020. Stairs to the apartment are on the northeast corner of the garage. The beach is steps away with a fire pit, boat house lounge, kayaks, beach toys & bicycles.

Enjoy the downtown life of Ludington or Manistee, both only 30 minutes away. Summer Rentals are Sunday check-ins with a 7 night minimum stay. April, May and fall rentals are 2 night stay min.

The Rhubarbary Ruins - with an outdoor sauna

We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.

Green Acres: Your Home Among the Trees

Steeped in nature, the gazebo provides a get away into nature, with its double bed and intimate sized room this is a wonderful space for 2 to be immersed in a peaceful environment. Whether you came here to rest & revive or to explore there is plenty to be had! The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).
