This is a lovely home in an amazing location. The access to Silver Lake with paddle boards and kayaks readily available was amazing!

We really enjoyed our time here! Very comfortable for our group of 8 adults, we made several meals with no problem including using the BBQ. The house was very clean, and very well organized. All kitchen cabinets are labeled to easily find everything, light switches are labeled and there was great instructions for the hot tub. Easy 15 minute drive to downtown Traverse City and the wineries, the house is on a fairly busy road but feels private in the backyard. We would definitely stay again, Sherie was so kind and quick to respond! Thank you for hosting us!

We had a fantastic stay at this Bass Lake cottage! It was clean, cozy, and had a warm, homey feel. Tracy was an excellent host—super helpful and on top of everything. The location was great—nestled in a wooded area right on the water, offering a getaway vibe while still being a short drive to downtown Traverse City. We would highly recommend staying here!

Had a girls weekend here; we enjoyed our stay fully! Excellent communication, easy to find. Master bedroom is big and has beautiful views. Beds are comfy- extra blankets which was great. Loved the roomy fridge. The porch overlooks the water and is nice. Close to beautiful trails in Arcadia for hiking and not far from Manistee. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

You know when you are asked to remove your shoes at the door that they take pride in their home. Pictures do not do the home justice. They thought of everything during the building process. Very comfortable bed and sofas! Beach has a beautiful sunrise view! We'll be bacK!

Great house and very kid friendly. It was too cold to enjoy the access to the river, but the view was beautiful. Easy access to Traverse City and local restaurants. Host provided many kitchen items and a great binder full of local recommendations. Easy check in & check out.

Worth every penny. The perfect spot to getaway where you still are alone in nature! Even though you won’t have cell service, the cabin is equipped with Wi-Fi! Works wonderful. When we first got the booking, Sarah messaged asking what brought us there and left us the cutest anniversary gift when we walked in on the table. Loved that there wasn’t a laundry list of tasks to do when checking out which made it really worth the trip too!! My dog LOVED their hill, and running up and down catching his ball and smelling all the different scents. Still within a hour drive to visit the dunes and National forest. We stayed for an extended weekend and it was perfect! Highly recommend

Out in what I would consider the country, far away from the commotion of the bigger cities to relax, rewind and stargaze but close enough if you need to grab goods or want to do some exploring. No need to worry about bringing anything for the kitchen besides food to cook and maybe spices if you have certain ones you use, fully stocked with anything you could need to cook inside, bbq or even bake(from what I could tell) Heat works great although the bedroom near the bathroom was colder but not an issue since we didn’t need two bedrooms, heated fan in bathroom was a MAJOR plus. Boyfriend was able to catch some bass and pike off the pier, unfortunately didn’t get to take the little trolling boat out but I’m sure we would have had a blast catching more fish. Witnessed a Bald Eagle over the lake from the living room! Highlight of the stay was getting to experience the Auroras and SAR with our naked eyes!!

We had a wonderful time. I stayed to celebrate my 50th birthday and the arcade game was the nostalgia I needed. Very spacious. It was just my husband and dogs but it would be great for a family adventure. Very clean. Nice neighborhood. Quite and peaceful. Beautiful surroundings. The lake is walking distance. It's a great value for sure.

The home was amazing for us and the dogs. The addition of the boat dock out the back yard was very helpful since we didn’t need to launch our boat each day. The firepit and complimentary fire wood was a great additional touch. Would love to stay again!

Micheal was very quick to respond to me when I had a couple small issues. The place was nice and clean. The only possible negative is I don't think I would walk the neighborhood with my kids. Could just be me. Some of the houses were a bit run down, the ones right by Micheal are not though. Anyways, we really enjoyed ourselves! Still 5 stars. Anything Michael can control is 5 out of 5

Had a wonderful time at Kristen’s place for our family ski weekend. The house had plenty of space and the basement was a big perk with all the games for the kids. Location was very convenient to the Vasa pathway. Kristen was a great host and very responsive. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful, updated home, great outdoor setting and views of Big Platte. House was clean, and tidy. Nicely stocked. Host was very responsive and kind. The patio is large and has several seating options. The location is ideal and central to many other towns and beaches. Wish we could have stayed longer!

If you like rustic charm with modern amenities, this is your place! We recently spent a week at the chalet and absolutely loved it. The whole property is beautiful and well-maintained. The landscaping has clearly been a labor of love over the years. The grounds and especially the lakeside are stunning and Ron and Noreen did it all themselves. So much was in bloom -the colors were fantastic. As far as the chalet, they have thought of everything and we could have easily packed less....we will next time! Having a full kitchen was great, the place was spotless and the views of the lake very relaxing. We also really enjoyed sitting out on the deck, swimming and kayaking. The pictures online are exactly what the chalet looks like. We were very pleased. Thanks Ron & Noreen!

This is the perfect retreat especially for larger families. Lots of space inside and out. Close to beach/lake access. Very homey. We will be back.

This was our first time using Air BNB and Carol’s home exceeded all of our expectations! She was super responsive to our questions. Check in and out was very easy. She had so many amenities that are often forgotten when staying the night away from home. Loved the location! Wish we had more time to spend here!

Absolutely amazing stay! I don’t even know where to start. Not only were the hosts very responsive, but they were so respectful and kind. The property was gorgeous, a dream. The garage had every bar game you could ask for, on top of the gorgeous design of the home. The neighborhood was cute and quaint, as well. The bedrooms and bathrooms had everything you could need and more. We had six guests, and we could have fit even more on top of that. The area also had a lot of fun things to do. You could play 18 holes at Arcadia or enjoy a delicious cider at Northern Natural. Crystal mountain also has amazing spa services to check out. Definitely a 5 star stay, I could give it 6 if I could!
