Great little place on the water perfect if you want to spend some time outdoors. We were visiting for a wedding so didn’t get a chance to enjoy it! Bernadette was a great host and lives right next door if you need anything!

We had a great stay here. The view of the lake is beautiful. We especially enjoyed watching the sunrise from the patio. And spotted a few gators as well. The kitchen was very well equipped. The house was clean and comfortable.

Absolutely magical! This was my second stay and it was just as wonderful as the first time. It truly feels like a week at Hogwarts. Alex and Sofi were always responsive and helpful hosts. Would return again in the future.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Michele's place! Everyone loved it. The home exceeded all of our expectations. Check in was a breeze, the home was in excellent condition and beautiful, it was well equipped with everything we needed, and the back porch on the lake was wonderful. Michele is a terrific host and made everything very easy. No hassles, easy to follow instructions, check-out was simple and not overbearing. We highly recommend her home and will definitely return!

Beautiful location with westerly views of the lake. House is clean, quiet and exactly what I was looking for. Kitchen has new appliances and all the essentials. Appreciated the full size washer and dryer for some midweek laundry.

This property is peaceful and on a corner lot to provide the most privacy in the neighborhood. There was plenty of wildlife. Access to the river and Springs was easy, close, and inside a beautiful and private park. The house is spotless and updated. The hosts are wonderful. We can't wait to go back!

We loved the property. It is exactly what we wanted. We were able to grill and sit by the fire pit in an absolutely gorgeous piece of property without the hassle of neighbors or other distractions. The inside of the home was great for our group size and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Would love to go back.

Staying at the Lakeview Tiny Home was definitely a time of memorable moments for our whole family. Such a lovely area, the space was so cozy and well maintained. Nicole was so helpful/amazing from day one. Always responsive. Very clear with all the instructions. Nicole even left our dog fluffy his own little food bowls with a milk bone. That was so thoughtful of her🥰. I highly recommend your gateway vacation at the Lakeview Tiny Home. We enjoyed every second of it✨️🤍

What an amazing place! We wanted to visit Orlando but skip the theme parks. This property offered so much to do that we spent the majority of our time on the property! This “oasis” was very clean, beautifully decorated, and loads of high tech touches that only add to the fun! With our large group this property exceeded all of our expectations! I wish I could point to the one best thing about this property, but that would be impossible! We had the pleasure of quickly meeting the property owners, who were absolutely pleasent and accommodating. If your looking for a private place with resort style living-this is it! This property is our preferred stay in Orlando! Thank you Bill and Fabian! THANK YOU!

Wonderful stay with 8 women celebrating a milestone birthday, the layout of the house is perfect, open concept and beautiful trees surround the property in a nice quiet area. Worth it and would stay there again.

Our mini family getaway was everything we expected, the house was comfortable, clean and the host would respond within minutes. Everything was within drivable distance, the neighborhood was quiet, clean. Highly recommended!!

We enjoyed our stay! The view of the lake was beautiful each morning. Great to sit in the screened in porch while having coffee and at the end of the day! Jeremy left us with lots of extras and was very responsive from start to finish. We had fun playing pool and basketball. We were 8 minutes away from where our son lives. We will rent the house again when we are back visiting! Thanks, D

We had a Wonderful time staying at Patsy’s home and would happily come back! It is spacious and comfortable and has everything you could want or need and is extremely clean and well kept. The setting on the lake is idyllic. Peaceful, beautiful and a perfect place to relax and restore. Tons of different interesting water birds. The sunrises are especially beautiful. If you enjoy fishing, you can fish off the dock. My husband caught some smallmouth bass and chain pickerel. We enjoyed the Mt. Dora area and the chain of lakes. Mt. Dora has some unique stores and restaurants. A nice place to spend the day. Had a fun time at Fish Camp in Eustis for lunch and got to enjoy seeing Wally the alligator while lunching and several interesting turtles as well. Patsy is a terrific host. Very responsive and accommodating and just lovely in general. Would recommend staying here with five stars.

The house is beautiful inside and it has a wonderful backyard and swimming pools and the lake is great to go fishing…

Melissa made our stay for Easter weekend wonderful. She left a card and special treats for our kids. The house was beautiful and relaxing. Our kids had so much to do and loved spending the early morning fishing in the lake. We plan to make this our “home” every year that we visit family and friends.

We absolutely LOVED this house for us and our adult kids!!! It was very spacious and sits right on the lake. Our kids enjoyed paddle boarding and sitting around the firepit. We would highly recommend and will be staying there again!

Our family had a great time at Darlene‘s place! The amenities were great and it fit the needs of our Family. Darlene had great communication and instructions which made her stay easy! We would stay again.

Our stay was wonderful! After looking at many places, we decided on the Gemini Lake House. It was super close to Stetson, Stanford and New Smyrna beach too. I was so impressed with the thoughtfulness of every detail. I will give no spoiler alerts as the details were so pleasant. The beds upstairs were co cozy & the linens were too. The Views from the master of the Lake were priceless and so was the sunrise! I stayed with both my boys (15 & 18) and felt very safe in the home and area. Being from Minnesota and Georgia, we were not used to alligators in lakes so we were so nervous about being on the dock with it low to the water. But- we caught a fish and never saw any gators (trust me I looked out my window at night and in am lol) The downstairs was fun for us to play pool and view the lake as well. It was just us 3 so we didn't use the 2 bedrooms and kitchen or bathroom downstairs. I would love to see the bedrooms downstairs with either new LVT or newer carpet. We Loved our stay!! book
