This provides a special view of the lake that is as beautiful in the morning as the evening. Our yard is fenced with gates as we are pet and kid friendly. The exterior was updated in the past two years and the interior has just completed a full remodel....it is very fresh, open, and welcoming. The lake side has two large glass doors that give a full view from anywhere

The Davidson Studio has its own entrance, has a queen size bed, couch, dresser, fridge, stove, oven, shower, TV, WiFi. Everything you need for a quite stay. I am less than 2 miles to Downtown Davidson and lots of restaurants. The green way runs right in front of the house for walking or running. Additional fee of $20 night per pet-prior approval . 4 guests included additional guest $30 per night each limit 6 total. Longer stays 3 guests max.

Ft private cabin was built in 2023 and is nestled in the woods overlooking the river. Just minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, w/ popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 min to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 min to the National Whitewater Center, 30 min to uptown Charlotte. ROYAL GOOSE 1- bedroom treehouse.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The threehouse is very close to the town of Charlotte North Carolina. It is 20 minutes drive to Charlotte. My goal is to have travelers leave our treehouse with a feeling of total satisfaction. The treehouse is a little bit more than 200 ft.² and is located at the end of our property so any needs from our guest will be met in the promptly manner. It is located at the outskirts of our property , it’s private but it is not secluded.
