Wonderful experience, place was just as described and bigger than I expected! Beautiful home! and got to meet Sandy in the morning. He surprised my daughter with cookies. So thoughtful and great energy. Would stay here again!

Rena was such a great host! Friendly, inviting, gracious, helpful, accommodating!! She made me feel like I lived there! Cant say enough nice things about Rena as a host. Her home is peaceful and secluded. Was easy to come and go as I needed. I wish I had more time to sit out by the pond. The town is small but has everything in it you need. I was honestly surprised. You’re only a 40 minute or so drive from major stores like Target, Starbucks, Trader Joes and Chipotle. Just to name a few. Can’t really go wrong with booking with Rena! If I decide to come back, will definitely make it a point to stay here again! Thank you Rena!

We cannot recommend this enough. 5 bedrooms are hard to come by and this has everything we could ask for. It was a house part of 9 foodies who wanted to look at beautiful surroundings, wine taste and play games. We spent most of our time on the back deck, kitchen and dining room. The back deck looks out on a gorgeous pond and feels very secluded and peaceful; however, do bring mosquito repellent. The kitchen is large and has most everything you could ask for, including a hot beverage bar that was this coffee lovers dream. We really hope to stay here again, sometime

Amazing cozy home with a beautiful deck and view of the river, definitely looking forward to booking again! Madison was super responsive with any questions and concerns I had. The only con was that there was no propane tank in the outdoor fire place and the out door heater had an empty propane tank so we couldn’t use either. Aside from that 10/10 definitely would recommend

Husband and I stayed at Dawns place for our anniversary. Our stay was peaceful and private. The view was spectacular. Waking up to that view everyday was like a scene out of a movie. The Moon at night was perfect as well. The pictures on the description was exactly what it was like! Thank you Dawn for opening your home to us!

We were so fortunate to have found Ben and Raquel's place. Nevada City holds a special place in our hearts and we visit often. Our usual love of Nevada City was truly taken to the next level staying at the Cascade Dream. There was so much love and attention to detail put into the execution of the space. The location is fantastic as it's tucked away from the main stretch of town but is close enough to feel like all of Broad street was accessible. It's also close to all our favorite hiking trails such as the Cascade Canal and the Independence. One of our biggest highlights was having gong-fu tea on the balcony several times throughout our stay. Ben and Raquel were extremely friendly and responsive to all our communication and we even had the chance to connect with Ben at Dakan--a new restaurant in Nevada City where he works as the Sous Chef. They both truly understand the art of hospitality. We hope to come back soon! Truly a gem on Airbnb.

Great little spot. Clean, quiet neighborhood, great proximity to downtown Folsom. Having the washer and dryer was super nice! Meghan was great and appropriately communicative. Would definitely stay here again.

Isabella’s house is beautiful and we felt right at home. It’s beautifully renovated and we loved the interior design of her home. I stayed here with my husband, our 2 small children, my mom, and my 2 sisters and their husbands for the Easter weekend. We all enjoyed the stay so much. There’s a great playground in the backyard that my children loved and the game room in the garage was awesome. Isabella is very responsive to messages and also very friendly. I made a mistake with the booking dates and she was so very kind and got it all sorted out. It was a very wonderful, memorable weekend. Thank you Isabella!

Had a great stay with the family at Johny's place. Him and the other host were ery communicative as well as accommodating during our stay. Not to mention the surrounding are a was gorgeous. Would recommend a stay here!

We loved staying at Anastasia & Dmitriy’s place. It was very beautiful and the location was great. The backyard was our favorite — everything was picture perfect. There were lots of great touches to the home that made it easy to have kids there too — baby gates, pack n play, baby high chair, etc. We really appreciated Anastasia and Dmitriy’s flexibility and would love to stay again!

This place was very comfortable and very clean. All streaming services are provided on the tv and the dimming lights are a great bonus to change up the vibe and setting of the place. The stay has very relaxing and not a sound surround the entire stay even thought the location is in a neighborhood, and surrounded by houses. Very nice place to stay for a getaway. Very clean and the host gives clear instructions and responds quick. 10/10 stay in my books, will most likely come here again when in need of a relaxing quiet weekend👍🏾

Great place, spacious and in a very convent location near Sutter Street!

The house was exactly as described. A little on the older side, but very charming. It was perfect for our family gathering for the Easter holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and our stay. Would definitely look to stay again if going back to that location.

Great place for a large group. Plenty of space to run around indoors and outdoors, short drive into charming town, and lots to do in area! Plushy team was responsive and easy to communicate with.

Wow! This house is amazing. Very well kept and clean. Easy to get in and out. Very private. HUGE yard. Multiple different outside seating areas and fire pits. Ping pong table was a blast from the past and we played for hours. Beds were very comfortable. Living room and kitchen is huge and open so very easy to entertain. BBQ grill and hot tube. I will definitely be rebooking with Jessica and highly highly recommend this house if you’re staying in the area.

Mark’s place was exactly as listed and in a fantastic location. The house had a great layout and the neighborhood was quiet. Lots to do in the area and so close to Sutter Street and all that it has to offer. Highly recommended and would no doubt stay there again if available!
