This apartment was just a couple short blocks from downtown with a dedicated parking space. It was simple, clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay including all kitchen essentials, washer and dryer in unit, and extra towels. The added bonus included TV’s in bedrooms and adjustable beds which go up and down.

Another great stay at Bo's place. I keep coming back because it's a great spot (walkable), comfortable, and is such a great value. Basically for the cost of one night in a mid-range hotel in a big city, I can take a trip to Oroville and get two nights and lots of space (living room, kitchen, bedroom), which is so perfect when I travel with my son. This is a perfect airbnb for taking in what Oroville has to offer - the wildflowers, the downtown area along the Feather River, or the hiking trails by Lake Oroville. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay for the entire family! It was very clean, smelled nice everywhere, and had warm, festive decor. The rooms are well put together and have a beautiful artwork. The hosts and service were great and kind. It’s also very conveniently located near a few nice restaurants and shops. Definitely a great spot to check in!

Very nice apartment. Was perfect for what we needed while in town visiting family. Close to North Auburn and all the great places to visit.

The house exceeded our expectations. Very clean, and had everything we needed plus more. It accommodated all 6 of us and we had so much room to spread out. It’s a beautiful home in a very quiet, safe and pretty neighborhood. We will be staying again next time we come through Chico.

we will return! Constant communication and Racj=hel went out of her way to have us check in early as we arrived sooner than we anticipated. The house is perfect! We have a small dog, there were dog covers, a fenced yard (with pooper scooper), a sweet fireplace, a footed bathtub, and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen and lots of towels and great sheets. We really loved this place and it would be great for 2 couples and/or a family. Great for dog people.

Flexible with check in. Responsive and helpful. Place was super clean and very cute! I appreciate having a variety of pillow options for sleeping. I love a flat pillow and it was an option! Score. :)

Our host was extremely flexible on check-in and checkout. We greatly appreciated it. Lovely home lovely surroundings.. the spring flowers were out the dog trees were in bloom and maple trees were vibrant red. Loved being out in nature, enjoying my family for our special time. Great location for exploring Grass Valley, easy walking distance to restaurants, theaters, and downtown. Very nice inside remodel, great place to relax and enjoy friends.
