Amazing stay. Location ✅ Amenities ✅ Had everything we needed plus more. Dishes and utensils in great shape. Clean. WiFi. A space for everyone and every age in the house. Water pressure was nice and stayed hot. Would stay here again. Luke was easy to reach and communicative.

Amazing place. My husband, I and our two dogs enjoyed a great stay. The house was so clean! Terri was great with communication, the house had basic supplies for our stay. The view on the water was so pretty and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Although we had a slight hiccup upon arrival, our host quickly remedied the situation, and got us back on track. Communication was clear and sufficient. The home was spacious and accommodating for our group. The Coffee Bar was well stocked, and the basket of snacks was appreciated. Our beds and pillows were comfortable, and every bedroom had blinds/curtains to help block light for afternoon naps. Our kids liked roasting s'mores in the backyard fire pit, trying to catch fish from the boat dock, and kayaking on the lake with the provided kayaks. (Tip: kayaks are located in the backyard shed and the code to get inside the shed is inside the binder!) Now, unfortunately, we didn't catch a single fish while we were there, but maybe you'll have better luck than we did. (Additional tip: bring small child/toddler size life jackets if you need them. While there are plenty of adult life jackets, they weren't any for our small ones; we brought ours from home.)

This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway with my wife and our two kids. Our two-year-old son love the room with the boat bed. And the giant connect for love the backyard so we could run around and we also use the back dog to take our son fishing for the first time. The house was very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay really enjoyed our time and will be back we recommend, especially if you have kids.

This home was not only beautiful, but it was comfortable and included many extras. We had plenty of room, and we loved being on the lake. It was nice to sight see during the days and then come back and relax in the afternoons/evenings. The host was always on top of things. We will definitely stay here again if we go back to Hot Springs.

The lake house is a beautiful place to get away and relax with your family. No need to rent because they have a kayak and canoe available for use on premises. Everything you could possibly need was right there in the area. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to return. The host was very quick to respond to my messages and did their absolute best to resolve any issues. Also very pet friendly with fenced in area. Highly recommend.

We have stayed in many Airbnb rentals and I can tell you we have had really great experiences. However, this one truly is one that will surpass all expectations once you arrive! The photos on the listing are beautiful but we were stunned by how breathtakingly gorgeous the home was! In its entirety, truly beautiful! So much more so than you can tell from the photos! Wonderful hosts, transparent and available for any need. If it tells you anything, we’re already looking at dates to return soon. Thank you again for sharing your home with our family. Forever memories! Hopefully next time, without the weather!

This house was perfect!!! The porch gave us such a wonderful outdoor experience, huge fenced in yard for our dogs was amazing, and sleeping arrangements were perfect. Check in was super easy and Grant was super responsive to all messages. Have already told some friends about this home. Only drawback was the noise from the road BUT the benefits of the accommodations far outweighed this! It’s a 10 for sure.

I really enjoyed my stay at this AirBnB. The ranch style house is situated on a 7 acre waterfront property. There is a nice oversize lawn and lots of trees. There is also a private boat dock by the river. For athletic person, this is a great opportunity to try out canoeing on the Ouachita river. The surrounding is peaceful and private. The amenities in the house is complete. And, everything is really clean and well organise. I highly recommend spending a few days at this property.

I wanted to find a place where me and my family could get away without being too secluded. Sharron's property was EXACTLY what I was looking for and then some. One very underrated aspect is just how much land there is to enjoy and explore. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Lake Perfect! This house was definitely home away from home. It is right on the water and so picturesque. Everything was as described and fostered rest, relaxation and togetherness. There was no need to leave the house for entertainment. We had a great time and hope to visit again soon.

We loved our stay!! The house and amenities were terrific! It was spacious and super clean and the beds were so comfortable! Loved the hot tub on the deck and views of the lake!! Would definitely book again!

Absolutely loved this place. We visit hot springs yearly because we have family here, and this place will stay on our list to stay at. It’s huge. We have 3 kids and they stayed playing In the play room and dancing to the record player. Bathrooms were awesome and they have soaps for you. Never ran out of towels or rags, and they provide dishwasher pods, trash bags, laundry pods, toilet paper. We didn’t have to pick up any of the necessities in that sense. Also this is a pet friendly home, and I’m severely allergic to dogs and cats. I did not have the first allergic reaction in this home and that is saying something serious about how clean they keep this house. 20/10 recommend

What a great place to stay right on the water! Our family enjoyed the water activities, hot tub and ping pong table. We had nice weather to fish and kayak. There was something for everyone in our crew! Richard was very responsive to any questions. Fun trip!

Kristin and her family’s home was just outstanding. The view was beautiful, the home looked just like the photos, and it was just overall a wonderful place to spend the weekend for my sister’s birthday. We are cookers and let me tell you — the kitchen is more than well equiped. Just bring your seasonings and food. They have literally everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. There was someone in every room and everyone was please with the sleep quality. We truly enjoyed ourselves. I love the amount pf natural light as well. I was born and raised in Arkansas. My family loves meeting up yearly to do fishing trips, cook outs, etc. This will be our spot for as long as it’s available until we finally purchase a vacation home. Looking forward to our return.

Beautiful home and location. Clean and fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The patios were perfect for enjoying the views and the kids enjoyed swimming right off the dock. We fit a family of 9 here comfortably ages 5-96. Would recommend.

We had a perfect 2-day getaway at Jeff's lovely lakefront home. He is a fantastic host and we could not have been more pleased. The floating dock was our favorite spot on the property for fishing dining, watching the boats go by and just relaxing. The beds were super-comfy and the kitchen was well appointed. We really appreciated the water cooler of endless fresh water.. a very nice touch. Jeff's huge collection of VHS and DVD movies kept the fun going after dark.

It was nice and clean. I feel it was over priced for size and amenities.

We enjoyed our stay this past weekend. We traveled from Texas to visit family in North Little Rock and the place was centrally located which allowed our commute back and forth to be easy. The location was convenient as it was close to downtown Hot Springs and close to places to eat and close to Walmart. We will consider staying here again if we are ever in the area.

It was absolutely perfect for our girls trip. The fire pit and lake were our favorite place to be. Communication was easy and very pleasant. We were so grateful to be able to check in a little early and stay a little later. The house was clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and my favorite was the bath and hot water. We hope to have a girls trip there again. I would highly recommend the host the location and everything in-between...
