If the weather is cooler you may want to enjoy sitting around the gas firepit on the deck or the wood burning fireplace in the Sunroom! The one bedroom has a queen size bed and in the den a pull out sofa bed for two. Less than 10 minutes to downtown for all you shopping and great restaurants too!

Nearby are some of the best adventures East Texas has to offer, from hiking trails and fishing at Tyler State park, live music, downtown breweries, to market shopping and great food. Lovely Waterfront one bedroom one bathroom apartment. Perfect place to get away and fish, boat, bird watch or just relax. Privately placed at the north end of Lake Palestine. Nicely decorated with comfortable touches. Comes with a private patio deck and a waterfront dock with a covered boat slip. Please be sure to carefully read the directions section before your arrival. Lastly this is a lake front property, especially in the spring and summertime there can be a lot of flying insects.

The Lakeside Lodge is a custom, hand-crafted home built three years ago with a family friendly atmosphere in mind. It sits on three acres on Lake Palestine and has plenty of lounging and dining areas on the wraparound porch. This is the perfect weekend retreat to make precious friend and family memories! The garage has been converted into a hangout area for the kids and has 4 single beds. The storage building is a converted room with 4 queen beds. Can't wait to host your family! -Chase

Hidden Gem Cottages: Sapphire Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house has a king bed in the master with attached bath, a secondary bedroom with 2 queens, an additional hall bath and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It sits on a stocked pond with a fishing pier. You will have access to fish and relax at our catch and release pond. The outdoor space also includes a patio with gas grill, large front porch overlooking the pond, covered back porch overlooking woods and a fire pit.

(SMOKE FREE PROPERTY) This is our happy place and we hope you will love it, too! Our secluded house by the lake is two bedroom (one master with a king-size and a 2nd bedroom with 4 kid bunk beds, room to sleep on the couch, too), two bath, kitchen, washer, dryer, games, gas fire pit, decks, dock, tall trees, and tranquility. Near the south end of the lake and it is shallow. Great fishing. THE HOUSE HAS A FAINT CIGARETTE SMELL. FEW NOTICE. DO NOT BOOK IF YOU HAVE SMOKE SENSITIVITY.

Welcome to our humble cottage, built in 1946 and lovingly restored, retaining many of the original details. Tall windows dominate all of the rooms, letting in light that is filtered through the shade of the old live oak trees in the front and the huge pecan tree in the back. We have recently rejuvenated the kitchen and bathroom and our guests ❤️the results. We love clean. We are proud of our 133 consistent 5 star ratings for cleanliness!
