Roman is a very nice and helpful person. We had a wonderful two-night stay at Roman’s apartment in Narva. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach, with a Maxima supermarket literally next door, and a bus stop nearby for easy access around town. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely stay again!

Highly recommended! Very good location near the lake. Walkable distance to everywhere, it’s very small and cute town. House has everything you might need, it was very clean and well equipped. Host is very friendly and communication was easy.

I stayed at Madis' apartment for 5 months and this was not just an excellent listing but a home away from home. The apartment is actually cozier than it seems in the photos and was equipped with everything a guest could ever need. Madis had also stocked frozen handpicked delicious Estonian berries in the freezer ! He met me at the apartment and explained everything I needed to know for my lengthy stay in Tartu. The building is situated just by the beautiful river beach. If you are a walker like me , the place is ideal for a brisk refreshing walk to the city center in the morning and in the evening. You can also enjoy the view and the stunning sunsets from the balcony in the summertime.

Nice apartment in a very quiet and residential area of ​​Tartu, the apartment is 10 minutes by car from the bus station and 3 minutes from a large supermarket. The apartment is very beautiful and much better decorated than it appears in the photos. Quality products. the TV and the bed is huge. the kitchen is spectacular too. If you want to relax, don't think twice before purchasing this apartment.

I liked the place.

Koht oli kergesti leitav. Perenaine väga sõbralik ja tore. Kuigi majutuskoht oli Eva-Maria koduhoovis, ei saanud seal viibides arugi, et seal keegi peale meie veel oleks. Korter ise puhas ja tekitas sellise hästi mõnusa "vanaema maakodu" tunde. Kõik eluks vajalik oli olemas. Meie jõudsime järeldusele, et 2 ööd seal mõnusat vaikust nautida on vähe. Kindlasti külastame jälle ja siis juba pikemalt. Soovitan soojalt seda kohta.

Just a gorgeous place. Sitting in the sauna and watching the moonlight was quite the treat. It was comfy and cozy. The host had set out towels, a bathrobe, and even disposable slippers. Everything was lovely.

Great place to stay! There's everything you need, well-equipped kitchen. Only one minus for me personally: unpleasant smell from the water in the house. But I read about it in other people's reviews and was prepared. Very nice place, well equipped area around the house, quiet.

Suurepärane koht imeliseks puhkuseks! Väga hea asukoht, linnale lähedal, kuid samaaegselt tundsime end täiesti looduse keskel, ka lähedal asuvad rannad olid imelised! Maja oli hästi hubane ja armas, kõik vajalik olemas. Tünnisaun ja saun olid samuti ülimalt mõnusad. Soovitame väga!!

Amazing house! Esthetically beautiful yet very functional. Perfect size for our little family of three. Marju offered toys for our 2.5 y.o. son which he loved. We enjoyed our little getaway in a peaceful countryside: sauna, little lake, forest, hot tub - we could not possibly ask for more. House is very well thought through with a lot of attention to detail. The only thing I can point out is that stairs leading to the bedroom are pretty steep, something to be mindful of however I'm in my second trimester and managed fine, it just requires certain fitness. Highly recommend!

Sehr schönes Haus mit grossem Umschwung. Die Lage ist etwas abgeschieden und daher sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Dusche im Erdgeschoss ist eine gute Alternative zur Dusche im Obergeschoss. Julia war stets sehr hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir können das Haus sehr weiter empfehlen, besonders auch für Familien ist es sehr gut geeignet.

We have been to many places in Estonia where we would book a place to celebrate with friends and family but this one exceeded out expectations. Not only was Kärolin, our host, was super helpful in clarifying our questions before the trip, but she proactively ask us what all can she do to make our trip better. Thank to this, our celebration during this time went very smoothly and all our guests loved their stay. So much, that we have already decided to visit again in the summers. Highlights have been the spacious and light filled living area with many things to do such as toys for kids, games for adults, books to read or just television to relax. The traditional wood sauna and hot tub were perfect while the dip in the pool was cherry on the top. Next, day taking a walk in the snow filled park, alongside the stream reaching the beach was breathtaking. We would highly recommend this place to anyone. Kärolin was kind to even help to deliver some stuff we forgot at the place.

A short walking distance to everywhere. Clean, accurate to the photos and peaceful. Had a wonderful time.

Really spacious, clean and nicely renovated place. Great location right next to the center. Served as a great basecamp for our trip in Soomaa, Viljandi, Pärnu and other places in the region.

Everything was clean and cute! The host was very responsive and friendly! I definitely recommend the place! :)

Meeldiv korter, mis asub suurepärases kohas, vahetult Oru pargi kõrval. Kõik vajalikud mugavused olid käepärast, sealhulgas parkimiskoht vaid mõne sammu kaugusel. Kuigi meie viibisime seal vaid ühe öö, tundub see sobivat ka pikemaajaliseks puhkuseks.

Jäime väga rahule. Kena ja puhas korter. Hea asukohaga.

Beautiful apartment and super cozy place. The hosts are super helpful and respond pretty quickly if you have a question. Overally 10/10 place.
