it was a great place to stay. well thought out and had everything you needed. good location and a short drive to central Rotorua.

Shar’s place was clean and well organised. Good location but a little noisy at night being on a busy street. We were generally satisfied with our stay at this apartement. But there were a couple of points that I would like to note. One of the twin beds was not very comfortable and it was better to sleep on the couch the next night. The apartement was very clean inside but the balcony was not. I think improvement on these would make this aparement a truly perfect 5 star holiday home.

Good stay. Parking bonus. Quiet. Close Mount 100 yards. Space. Would stay again.

Clean, comfortable, quiet and relaxing space - easy to find, access and great to have parking off the street. John was very responsive and gave great instructions for accessing the room etc...would stay again if I am back visiting Papamoa again. Cheers!

Quiet and peaceful stay, especially after an action filled day in Rotorua. Close enough to everything yet tucked away in a quiet street. Well thought out and you have everything you need. Thank you for having us.

This was my first time staying at David & Dianne's Airbnb. Although a very short stay, due to an early flight out of Auckland, I would have no hesitation in staying here again and giving a recommendation. The unit was very spacious and spotless, with great communication of where everything is kept etc. Fabulous location to Mount Maunganui restaurants, shops, surf beach and Pilot Bay. We really enjoyed our stay at Ali’s “Little Gem” - very comfortable, great kitchen, close to town but also very peaceful surroundings. Ali was very welcoming and gave great recommendations for local cafés and restaurants. We would definitely recommend to friends.

Lovely stay, clean and has all you need for a comfortable stay. Our fur baby was also welcome which we appreciated a lot! You’re right near private access to the beautiful papamoa beach. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for having us :)

The unit was very comfortable and spacious. Upon arrival it didn’t look appealing from the outside however once you open the door it is exactly as pictured and described and felt really comfortable. The neighbours were all quiet too. No street noise noticed even whilst located on a corner block.

We had a beautiful stay att Lake Okareka. Amazing location, right next to lake and nature reserve. Comfortable, clean unit, perfect for what we required

Really loved this place! It was decorated very nicely and had some great amenities to make the stay very easy. The bed was not comfortable for us, but that might be a personal preference (spring bed that caves in a bit with two people). Compared to what we would have paid for a hotel/motel room per night - this was an exceptional price. Definitely recommend.

Very private area downstairs, lots of room to spread out in. Jenny was incredibly warm and caring and welcomed us into her home. Was willing to help if we had any issues. Have already booked the next visit.

Wonderful place! Everything in great condition, unit very clean and well equiped. Would absolutely stay again. Also pool was lovely, hot tub fantastic for cooler days. And all common facilities well maintained. Nice location slightly out of town, flat and easy walk in. Meant we had a quiet night sleep in a busy town! Hayley was really quick to respond to messages and everything was as stated (I’d argue even nicer than the photos).

Cheryl's place was fantastic just what we needed and the late check out meant we could enjoy a walk up the Mount and Breakfast at a Cafe before heading home, thank you.

Great location and clean. Was perfect for a short stay. Parking space fit large vehicle.

Nice place, lovely and helpful-waited for us to check in. Had air conditioning on when we arrived so room was cool. Good kitchen facilities and lots of milk.

We had a great few days at The Mount. Apartment is lovely and very close to the beach, shops, cafes etc so we mostly walked everywhere .

Great place to stay for a short break. House was immaculate and very comfortable. Thank you.
