Great family house, exactly as pictured and discribed. Centrally located. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Had 3 generations including a baby. There was a stroller and beach wagon. Lots of beachchairs, sun umbrellas, coolers, everything you needed. Lots of beach towels. This stay may be costing us more than we were planning as the brand new induction range was so cool, hard to come home to our old range ;) There really wasnt any thing missing. Great communication and very resonsive. If you have kids dont miss Central Park in Largo. The best playground ever.

Beautiful Tarpon Lake Escapes perfectly fitted our needs for a family Christmas break in the sun away from the grey skies of the UK! Julie's communication extremely friendly, helpful and timely throughout. The place itself is very well equipped -kitchen-everything you need to self cater; bathrooms - all types of toiletry provided; entertainment from board games to table tennis and kayaks, if you're brave enough to venture onto the water! Lovely big decking area to watch the world go by. Our relatives live in Tampa so this was an ideal spot for getting to them as well as trips out to Clearwater, Busch etc. & handy for airport. Nearest area was Tarpon Springs which had an abundance of restaurants - we recommend Hellas (Greek)and Rusty Bellies by the water. We also took a lovely sunset dolphin cruise, direct from Tarpon Springs. These ideas recommended by Julie in her extremely informative online guidebook. All together a fantastic Christmas break. I highly recommend it.

What can I say? Well Katiuska’s place turned out to be pretty much spot on. It was a fantastic little 2-night getaway to watch the Phillies play one more time during their St. Patty’s Day game, which they won to boot! The living room TV was fantastic & the Roku app never missed a beat. We’d definitely stay there again, as the few neighbors we met were very friendly indeed.

Laura was an awesome host and always available. Her home was gorgeous and we felt like we had gone home! We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be staying there anytime we are visiting again!

Ariana is one of the kindest and most responsive Airbnb hosts that I have ever dealt with and I have stayed in many Airbnbs. I was staying in the house for 3.5 months with my parents while my Dad got cancer treatment. Ariana was very accommodating in making our long stay possible and was always quick to respond whenever little things came up. She's great. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in North Tampa, but which is also close to grocery stores (Publix/ Whole Foods) and shopping. The backyard, which looks over a little lake with beautiful cypress trees and lots of birds, was also a nice plus. The bedrooms (aside from the master) were a bit on the small side, as were the bathrooms, but I think this was only an issue because we were there so long. For a few weeks this would not have been a problem. It was also hard to have more than one car there, and some of the furniture could use updating. Overall, though, this is a nice place to stay.

Our family had a great time staying here. It's a very well stocked home with great amenities, lots of games to keep you occupied, and is in a very convenient location. The house is exactly as advertised in the listing. John, the host, was responsive, friendly, and easy to deal with. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the house so much we are going to stay again for our next trip. We are both big fisherman & my Dad caught a HUGE bass from the pond. Had to be 5-6 lbs. It was very peaceful and quiet on the deck and we enjoyed bird watching. Beds were comfy and we felt at home. Larry- the host- is very friendly and great at communicating! Can’t wait to go back.

We had a wonderful time! The house and all accommodations were amazing. Awesome quiet location with everything that we needed, safe neighborhood. We were able to sit in the backyard and watch the manatees and able to relax and unwind in the hot tub. Host went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed, was quick to respond to questions and reached out to us to see if we had questions and offer suggestions. Highly recommend, would definitely stay again!

The living area looks larger on the Airbnb site. It was very clean and comfortable. The furnishings, accessories and kitchen items are very outdated and should be updated. The neighborhood is quite. Tammy responded faster and clearer than anyone other property manager. 5 Stars for Tammy!

We loved our stay at the pool house! The heated pool was an absolute highlight for my kids. We loved the scenery and quiet neighborhood. The house is close to restaurants and the beach. Would love to come back sometime!

We had a great time at this house. Amazing location and quiet neighborhood. Had everything you need for the day to day and going to the beach. It was also great being able to swim outside everyday.

The property was as described in the listing. Perfect for our family including the grand children. The host was responsive to my inquiries about a pack and play and a high chair for our infant grandson. Everything was there when we arrived. Would definitely stay there again.

This is an absolutely beautiful home; very spacious, clean, and within driving/ walking distance to many places. Lindsay was so sweet and was helpful with the few things we needed. Highly recommend to anyone going to the Clearwater area!

I would highly recommend staying here!! The place was extremely clean, including the towels and linens. It’s in a nice location and it was super quiet at night, which is rare for Airbnb’s in my experience. The price is fair and the amenities are awesome, especially the washer and dryer in unit! The fenced in private lawn was so peaceful and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. I plan on coming back real soon!

We had a group of 8 staying in Jeff’s beautiful home for new years Eve and new years day ☀️ We had a wonderful time and cooked an amazing dinner for our group! The home itself has been beautifully restored and updated to its original decor The rooms and beds are very comfortable and the loft area is an excellent space for additional Sleeping and/or a work space! The front porch has plenty of space to relax and enjoy The back yard has a wonderful ambiance with string lights and tiki torches.. as well as a table and chairs that seats 8 and a large circular couch for lounging There are two parks very close by as well as the downtown to enjoy the shopping and restaurants! We give Jeff’s place a 5 star rating and look forward to staying again! Another guest review we loved your home so much! very very warm and inviting ! the decor is AMAZING and the greenery /sunlight thru the windows with the porch chairs etc ... wow! stunning thank you d you did an amazing job! superb!!!! thank you

Such an amazing home. So clean and stylish. The host is great at communication and accommodating special needed like early check ins. His home is so beautiful. Cant wait to come back. Definitely recommend!

This AirBnb was perfect for what we needed it for. We stayed 2 nights leading up to our cruise. The house was only a short 20 mins drive to the port. When arriving to the house, we noticed the ice machine was down and David was at the house within an hour with a bag of ice for us! He also gave us a wonderful recommendation for pizza! 🍕 The pool was the highlight of our stay. We spent most of our time by the pool and we even got to grill out!

Angie is a super host for obvious reasons. She was extremely pleasant to work with. We had an issue with the plumbing during our stay and she was on it within minutes. Although the interior is dated (kitchen, appliances, master bath, etc) they've done a good job at making it a very welcoming and enjoyable experience.

The property was just as beautiful as in the photos. Scott was an excellent host—very responsive and provided clear instructions, making our stay seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable stay!
