Each house is ~650 sq. ft., with king bed , modern bathroom, a living room/fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor patio. Airbeds can be provided to sleep up to two more, or two couples could rent both houses. Stairs take you down to the river. No pets. Free Level 2 EV charger (Tesla and J1772). No cleaning fee.

This private and exclusive property is totally separate from the main house and is accessed by its own gate.

Milda’s She Shed (Cozy Cabin)

Located on 4 acres nestled in the Hill Country just 30 minutes west of downtown Austin, our cabin is a great space for wine, beer, or distillery visits/tours. Hamilton Pool and Pedernales Falls State Park are close by as well. Also a great spot if you’re coming for a wedding. ***Please note that this cabin has an incinerator toilet, called “Incinolet”. It is clean and easy to use, although somewhat rustic. We will provide instructions for proper use at check in.***

We are located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity (10-15 minutes or less) to many of the iconic Austin attractions. My husband and I live in the main house with our two dogs, Teddy and Rupert.
