Great place for a getaway from all city noise and hussles. We had an amazing weekend and definitely can't wait to visit again.

We had a great time at this place. The caretaker was helpful and considerate. The private garden provided a great playground and featured the occasional wild birds as well as fresh fruits. Definitely recommendable

Stellar host, nice relaxing place, great porch, accurately described. Nothing to fault. A couple pieces though so you can make an informed decision. I booked for Nyege Nyege, because none of the places in town looked very charming. But, this spot is about an hour walk, or 30 minute boda ride away. That becomes trek in the wee hours of the morning, plus if its raining or muddy, and let's be honest, it is a fast and helmet-free experience. Also, no wifi. It says that in the description but I didn't think to check! But again, nice place, great host, charming experience.

The place is great, clean and spacious. Offers an amazing view of the hills, it is peaceful & easily connected to Kisii town. There’s also a garden with fresh vegetables and the forest is a great additional. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Claire’s place exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, fast internet and located in a nice and safe neighbourhood.

Wir hatten 3 wundervolle Tage in Kerstins Unterkunft. Sie entsprach der Beschreibung und bietet einen hervorragenden Ort, wenn man die großen Städte hinter sich lassen möchte. Dennoch ist man schnell in Jinja, wenn man action braucht. Tapi war großartig und immer zur Stelle wenn man ihn brauchte. Kerstin antwortete sehr schnell auf Nachrichten und war sehr flexibel beim Check-In und Check-Out. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir kommen bestimmt irgendwann wieder.

sooo, the stay with Daniel and his wife was supernice, they picked us up at mbita, Daniel had a good way of communicazing the plans and activities he had for us, according to our wishes! the meals were great, most authentic cuisine ever, the hut was plain, keep in mind that there was no electricity or running water, daniel got us enough drinking water everyday :D Dont go swimming in the lake!
