Thanks Kate for sharing your beautiful home! We had a relaxing yet wonderful weekend. Did some fishing, hot tubbing and made wonderful meals here. Your kitchen was PERFECT for our stay. We love cooking and you really did think of everything in your design. We brought a lot of utensils and ended up not using because you had it all. 😊 This house feels so cozy tucked into what felt like a cove. Fireplace was really nice and snuggled up and watched the rain. Truly peaceful and just what we needed. Thank you again!

this Airbnb made for a great little family getaway. the hot tub was a really nice added feature. everything was very clean, very well organized, light switches were all labeled and kitchen cabinets were all labeled which was really nice! the host was very good to work with, responded quickly, and due to an unforeseen circumstance with a different B&B we had rented and the host had to cancel, these guys were very happy to accommodate us last minute!

Mike was incredibly responsive during our stay. We needed some support once we arrived in order to settle into the cabin and Mike was quick to text back. Additionally, I had a question about using the heat, and he again responded right away. The cottage is very well stocked and tidy. The surroundings are beautiful as the cottage overlooks the lake. My only criticism is that the windows do not have any coverings so privacy was a concern, especially in the bedrooms. Overall, the cottage is a lovely retreat and I'd recommend it to others, especially because Mike was pleasant and easy to contact.

We had a wonderful weekend stay in Waupaca! The home was exactly as described and very clean. It was a perfect getaway, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Welcoming and attentive caretaker, kitchen amenities, fun for multi-generational groups, hot tub is divine, fun touches. For once, the teen and college-aged boys weren’t bored. I bet it’s even better in the summer. The upstairs bathroom would be happier with one more light. 💡:)

The house was exactly what was described with much more! Everything we needed was made available. Check in and check out was easy. The home and the view was perfect. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay!

Very private place, was very quiet, relaxing & peaceful. Everything was as Emily said it was. House was clean, not far from some of the local places. Tara’s home was so cozy! We rented this Air B&B for a weekend anniversary trip and brought along our two dogs. The fenced in yard was perfect for them to safely play in the snow! We got a lot of snow over the weekend and the pine trees on the property were beautifully capped with snow. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to prepare some good comfort food. Tara, as a host, was extremely responsive from coordinating an earlier check-in to avoid driving through a lot of snow and letting us know where extra firewood was stored so we didn’t have to drive out on the snow covered roads to get more. Definitely a place we would recommend, and would like to visit again in the summer months!

Great cabin for a getaway from the city. Anthony was very kind and helpful, especially with plowing the driveway after a large snowfall.

The cabin is great! Tranquil, relaxing, comfy, cozy, are the top words that come to mind describing it. We had a relaxing weekend in the cabin and explored a few establishments in the area. David is a great host and is very friendly, attentive (checked in with us to make sure we were settled) and has done a wonderful job with the place. Can’t wait to return in the future! Loved staying at Trevor’s place! Beautiful little house, and beautiful property. I wish the weather had been nicer so we could have spent more time outside on the grounds. Trevor was easy to communicate with and very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay here- it felt perfect for 9 people and a couple of pets. We especially enjoyed the number of tables as it made board gaming very easy! We also used the canoe, which was in good condition and ready to go. Awesome place without any major issues!

My niece & I had the most wonderful stay at this adorable cabin. Everything you need is provided to make this a home away from home. We really appreciated all the small touches throughout the house. Our names written on a chalkboard welcoming us. The bag of ice in the freezer next to a frozen pizza if we got hungry. They even have a little basket in the bathroom full of things to use if you forgot something. The kitchen is completely stocked w/flatware, p&p's, glasses, & condiments. The beds are suuuuper comfy with extra blankies if u get chilly. And the view of the lake from the kitchen & downstairs bedroom is fantastic. Oh and I saw a bald eagle fly across the lake while I was fishing off the dock!!!! Tammera & Brandon went above & beyond what we expected. They are lovely hosts & they helped make our trip truly memorable. I'll be back to go riding in the fall & I will be booking my stay here.

My friends and I stayed here for a getaway before the craziness of finals and it was perfect! The amenities were just as described and we were extremely comfortable! All the board games were a really nice touch that we really appreciated, and the host was quick with communication the entire time providing very clear instructions for both check-in and check-out.

Our long weekend was fantastic. The place was exactly as listed. The fishing was awesome right off the pier and just a short distance from the pier using the small boat and oars. Nice motors are in the in the basement, but we chose to row with the oars. There is a mouse problem and list of where the mouse poison and traps are located. If you have pets and/or young children, please take care to check that out. The porch light switch is hard to find because it's on the wall at the head of the queen bed. It's marked, but easily overlooked. If arriving after dark, we suggest you have a good flashlight. Beds are comfortable with "My Pillow" pillows. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean and we'll stocked. No ice, which is typical for cabins. Location is private, quiet, and beautiful!! Convenient to stores and restaurants. Strongly recommend Eric's place.

Nice cabin in a nice location. The host has been excellent to work with and quick to respond to any questions.

We loved this cabin! It was secluded and peaceful with space for the kids and pups to run, but also convenient to groceries, restaurants, and shops. We built a fire and made s’mores, walked the shops in town, and enjoyed the local restaurants and brewery. I would love to go back and we recommend this property for families, couples, or even a single getaway. Bonus: cabin had lots of books and games to enjoy as well.

I really enjoyed staying in the cabin. It is just minutes from Road America which made it great. There was room for me to park my truck and trailer when arriving late. Jeanette was available when I arrived to help assist which was very nice. I would highly suggest having a meal or two next door at Rumors Roadhouse. I ate there 3 nights having something different each night and the food was excellent. Jeanette was very responsive if I had any questions or needed anything. I look forward to staying there again next year.

Great home within walking distance to downtown Port Washington. Had a great stay and would definitely stay at Matt’s place again!

This cabin is by far my favorite stay from Airbnb. From the architectural details to the collections of antiques and nature specimens, this felt I was living in a Pinterest cottage for the weekend. As an interior designer I appreciated all the wood work, beams, and decorative tiles. The exterior is also breathtaking! Heavy mortared stone and wood siding with a brick path surrounding the house creates an English countryside vibe. With the home being tucked back into the woods we had ultimate privacy during our trip. CABIN ENVY! While there is no wifi and we had no cell reception, the game room was great for entertainment. There is a collection of board games, dvds, pool table, etc. We went to SoLu winery near by, grabbed bakery from 3 Sweets Cafe, hiked a near by trail, and visited the light house in Fon Du Lac. Lots to do in the area and the host gave us tons of recommendations! She was very responsive making our stay very easy going. This is a trip I would love to do again!

Was sent a message that we could check in early. Could not take advantage of that but it was nice to know. Catfish were biting on the second night. One was too big for our net. Bullheads were biting the third night.
