We stayed here for 4 nights – our second time at this lovely place – and once again, we absolutely loved it! The house is cozy, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The hot tub deserves a special mention – it’s our favorite part! The location is peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything we needed. It truly feels like a home away from home. We can’t wait to come back again!

A home away from home!! With 4 children it's harder to find cozy spaces when we are away from home - this was perfect! Everyone had their own space, we enjoyed our stay immensely and would highly recommend!!!

Our family with a baby and 5 year old had a great time :) we love gimli, and staying somewhere so close to all the action was great for us. We were able to walk everywhere, see the lake, this would be the perfect place in the summer being so close to the water. The absolute one and ONLY thing I would suggest is maybe adding in a foldable crib/ playpen for babies, because this place is the perfect place for families with kids. We had to bring our baby’s bassinet with us which wasn’t 100% ideal. Other than that Nancy and her husband were so nice, the house is so cozy and clean and they literally had everything you’d need! Even condiments in the fridge and spices for food! I loved the cozy throw blankets as well, so perfect for a movie night in :) would definitely stay here again and for long periods of time. Most definitely worth the price. So much room for our families to relax for a couple of days. Everything was above and beyond what was advertised. The layout of the house was exceptional. Lots of open space for two little boys to burn off some energy. Comfortable furniture and beautiful finishes definitely made it feel like home. I will most definitely be recommending this property to anyone looking for an amazing place to stay in the city.

The little blue house was exactly as described and Kolton’s instructions on how to use the tv, hot tub, lock up were so clear and detailed that it was seamless. The out door shower and hot tub were so relaxing to use at the end of the day. The closed in gazebo was perfect for morning coffee and we enjoyed pizza on the deck in the comfy chairs. Helpful restaurant brochures, plenty of towels, air con, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer all supplied, added to making the stay so lovely. The back sliding door is a bit heavy to open and close but that was the only drawback. So much offered in this place that I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Kolton!

I was pleasantly surprised to discover an AirBnB in my hometown. The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos and exceptionally clean. It was well-equipped, comfortable, and provided a welcoming environment. During my stay, the weather reached an extreme -47°C, and Ollie kindly provided an extension cord for my rental vehicle. The suite was located in the basement, so I anticipated it might be cooler during a Manitoba winter; however, a space heater was provided to ensure my comfort. My only minor concern was the steep stairs leading into the suite, although this was clearly shown in the listing photos. Overall, I would gladly stay here again whenever I return to Neepawa—hopefully during warmer weather next time.

It was just perfect! It was my first Airbnb in Canada and felt like the best place to spend a relaxing time. Farzi, in one word “Superb!”. She is soo caring and communicative, made sure I felt like home. The house was clean, well decorated, maintained and the bedroom was really comfortable. Highly recommended to anyone looking for the best place to stay in Winnipeg.

I had a wonderful stay at Troy’ s place. The place was clean and looked exactly like the photos. Lots of space and beautiful decorations to make lots of memories. Overall, definitely worth the price!

Modern place with great view over Lake Winnipeg. It was wonderful for a mini biz retreat and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants and lake as hore walks.

This was our third AirBNB in this area and we agreed it was our favourite. Very well laid out for 2 couples. Great kitchen and dining space for cooking meals together. Beautiful bathroom. The hot tub and fuse ball table were lovely perks! So was the gas fireplace. We could keep the space at a comfortable temperatures Although there was not a lakeside view from inside, a quick 30 second walk around the house got us there. Beds were comfortable - one room had a softer mattress than the other which accommodated different preferences. Instructions were very clear with lots of local recommendations. We would come back!

My favorite experience on Airbnb so far and by far! Nothing wrong with any of my previous hosts really but Sharon just outdid them in terms of hospitality, through and through. She was very helpful, very knowledgeable about Winnipeg, respectful of my personal space, friendly, chatty and empathetic. I enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen quite a bit. The bathroom was always clean. When something stopped working (like the coffee machine), Sharon made sure it was fixed within a day. The company of Mr Mojo and Marley I enjoyed quite a bit too! There are many shopping places within walking distance. Neighbors are super friendly. Bus 33 will take you downtown within 15 minutes. I highly recommend this rental and cannot wait to book it again.

Great comfortable stay. Felt super private and safe and the available amenities provided by Amy were great. Such a cozy little spot for 1-2 people. Amy was super responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!
