Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

Ben je de stad even zat? Op zoek naar een bijzondere bestemming voor een vakantie in eigen land? Ik verwelkom je graag op mijn unieke locatie middenin de landerijen van Waterland. Op slechts 15 minuten vanaf het centrum van Amsterdam, en op een steenworp afstand van het pittoreske Broek in Waterland, ligt mijn woonark. Om het erf te bereiken maak je gebruik van een klein pontje, om zo de Broekervaart over te steken. Het pontje is overigens privébezit, en wordt alleen door mijn gasten gebruikt.

Located in popular Westerpark/Jordaan with cozy restaurants and grocery stores within a few steps, and a 20 minute walk from Amsterdam Central Station. The appt is suitable for a couple, or business travelers. The apartment is a private part of our house, has your own entrance and is located on the second floor (2 stairs up). +two bikes to use for free!

This studio is located in Oud Zuid, you can go to the city centre by foot, metro, bike or by tram. There are a lot of nice restaurants and coffee bars just around the corner and the famous Albert Cuypmarkt is also really nearby. Vlakbij de bruisende stad aan de rand van natuurgebied. Met openbaar vervoer naar centrum Amsterdam duurt ongeveer 15 minuten. De bushalte ligt op 50 meter. Een (Uber) taxi naar de stad is amper 15minuten. Deze woning is niet geschikt voor kinderen tussen 6 maanden en 4 jaar. Je bent van harte welkom.

We can cater up to 4 persons in the apartment, which is part of our canal house, with a master bedroom (kingsize bed) and a sleeping sofa in the living room. We welcome guests that are looking for a unique stay in a historic canal house. We like to give families with (little) children a family experience in our apartment, a vibrant place in a picturesque Dutch canal house, overlooking the Westerkerk and Anne Frank House.
