Neighborhood shops/restaurants are nearby by. The studio is located in an above ground basement of a 1917 Craftsman bungalow with windows looking out onto the backyard gardens. It offers quiet comfort and a lovely enclosed backyard. Dog-friendly upon approval ($10 per pet per night). Cats are not permitted.

This studio is walking distance to the University of Oregon, the Hult & Shedd Performing Arts Centers, The Jazz Station & Downtown Eugene. Eugene full of character, eateries and entertainment. The attached studio has a separate entrance, a kitchenette & outdoor patio. The main bed is a queen and the second is a twin that is a futon love seat with ottoman. If there is a third person it would be best to be a small child. The space is small and is best for 1-2 people.

High tide you can watch the seals frolicking in the cove. At low tide you can see the seals sunbathing on the sand bar just past the cove (this is how Seal Cove derived its name).
