A l'heure où les boîtes à clefs fleurissent sur toutes les portes de logement Airbnb, Roberta est une perle rare. C'est une personne extrêmement sympathique, chaleureuse, qui a à cœur d'accueillir ses visiteurs et qui a le souhait de partager avec eux et de leur faire découvrir sa région. Elle s'est montrée très flexible pour notre arrivée et nous a rendu service de différentes façons. L'appartement est impeccable, petit mais nous y avons logé à 4 sans problème bien que ce soit plutôt idéal pour 2 personnes. La kitchenette est surtout appropriée pour le petit déjeuner. L'appartement est bien situé pour rayonner autour de Cagliari, stationnement facile à proximité, immeuble très calme. Attention pour l'arrivée, l'appartement est situé Piazza santa Greca et non dans la via santa Greca.

Posizione perfetta, in una via tranquilla a solo 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Portu Frailis. La casa è graziosa, ristrutturata, pulita ed equipaggiata con tutto il necessario. Inoltre, essendo un appartamento seminterrato la casa era sempre fresca durante il giorno, senza bisogno di accende l'aria condizionata. Riccardo è stato un host molto disponibile, fornendo info e consigli sin da prima del nostro arrivo. Consigliato!

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in der Wohnung verbracht. Der Badestrand lag direkt vor der Wohnung und war zu unseres Zeit (Ende April) kaum besucht.

Ubytovanie malú pre nás skvelú polohu. Bolo v tichej lokalite. Obchody boli v pešej vzdialenosti aj pláž. Parkovanie v garáži alebo na ulici veľmi jednoduché. Kuchyňa výborne vybavená, bolo tam všetko čo sme potrebovali. Majiteľ nám všetko vysvetlil a dal veľa typov na výlety a reštaurácie. Centrum mesta veľmi jednoducho dostupné aj MHD. Zastávka autobusu pešo 7 min. Pacilo sa mi ako separujú odpad. Cítili sme sa bezpečne a príjemne.

Antoinette’s place in Cala Gonone was fantastic. The town has plenty of great restaurants and supermarkets with delicious local foods. Antoinette was a great host, welcoming us with helpful tips on what to see and do. The Airbnb was spotless, well-equipped for cooking, and when we asked for a new pan, she provided one immediately. The view from the apartment was stunning! The only small downside is that it's close to the main road, so light sleepers may hear the occasional late-night scooter if the windows are open. Overall, a great stay—highly recommended!

Es war sehr schön, die Wohnung ist groß und sauber, der Balkon ist wunderschön und man kann kochen und hat viel Platz. Wir hatten einen tollen und erholsamen Aufenthalt, einziges Minus für uns war, dass es sehr stark nach Putzmittel gerochen hat aber dafür war es eben sehr sauber.

Schöne, gepflegte Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung zum Kochen, Wäscheständer, Schnorchel. Marina war gut erreichbar und hat auf Fragen schnell geantwortet. Self-Check-In lief problemlos. Super fanden wir das kleine Begrüßungsschreiben und selbstzusammengestellte Heftchen mit Ausflugs- und Wandertipps in der Umgebung. Gut erreichbar mit dem Auto, zu Fuß sind der Supermarkt und auch der Strand zügig erreichbar.

Wir waren Ende Aug 2024 für 14 Tage mit unseren zwei Kindern (6 und 7 Jahre) in Monicas Ferienwohnung zu Gast. Monica war für Fragen vor und während unseres Aufenthalts stets sehr gut per Messenger erreichbar. Da Monica während unseres Urlaubs nicht mehr auf der Insel war, war ihr freundlicher Mann Pietro vor Ort und hat sich um diverse Anliegen (eine quietschende Tür) sehr schnell gekümmert. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und großzügig geschnitten, die Kinder liebten das Etagenbett. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, welche wir gegen eine angemessene Gebühr nutzen durften. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass uns kostenlos zwei Sonnenschirme und eine Kühltasche für unsere Unternehmungen zur Verfügung gestellt wurden! Wir sind zu Beginn mit tollen Tipps was Restaurants oder Strände betrifft versorgt worden. Es gibt wunderschöne Strände in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der nächstgelegene ist 3 Autominuten entfernt. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden - Vielen Dank an Monica und Pietro!

The apartment is spacious, well designed and decorated. Everything is in working condition and modern. We enjoyed the location because it was in a quiet neighborhood and near a grocery store. It was also easy to find the beaches or go into town for dinner. We also enjoyed coffee on the balcony. A bonus was the online guide provided with extensive information to enhance your visit to the area.

Great place to stay if you’re spending time in Cala Gonone. Five minutes walk to a beach, close to a grocery store, and twenty minute walk to grab a boat to visit all the beaches in the Gulf of Orosei.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Unterkunft! Claudia hat uns überaus herzlich empfangen und war jederzeit erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten. Auch Tipps für Strände Supemärkte und Restaurants waren top. Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Fotos. Vor allem die wunderschöne Terrasse war unser Highlight. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man fürs Kochen benötigt. Sogar die Grundvorräte zum kochen wie Olivenöl, Gewürze und Kaffee waren vorhanden. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Internet und der Fernseher funktionierten einwandfrei. Auch ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand war vorhanden. Unser Fazit: Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Mario war ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber, immer schnell erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Check in war problemlos mit einer Schlüsselbox. Die Lage war toll. Tertenia ist gut zu erreichen und der Strand in der Nähe sehr schön für Kinder. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es fußläufig.

Super saubere Wohnung, liebevoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet/ausgestattet. Sehr ruhige Wohnung (Nachbarschaft). Schöne große Terrasse, tolle Wohnküche. Privater Parkplatz ist sehr vorteilhaft. Tolle Gegend, alles teilweise fußläufig erreichbar. Mietwagen ist sinnvoll! Cristina ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und sofort erreichbar. Sie hat uns trotz später Ankunftszeit an der Unterkunft empfangen, alles erklärt und gezeigt. Wir empfehlen Cristinas Wohnung weiter. Danke!

La Orange House è molto accogliente, silenziosa, pulitissima. Bellissimo mobilio, divano e letti comodissimi, zanzariere e condizionatori, tutto quello che serve per essere a proprio agio. L'alloggio era pulito, le spugne morbide e profumate, la biancheria impeccabile. Pentole e stoviglie nuove. La zona è calmissima è c'è un bello spazio esterno nella veranda dove si può pranzare e cenare. La zona è molto comoda per ogni spostamento, di notte c'è una calma meravigliosa. Consiglio la Orange House e torneremo sicuramente!

Monica et Sergio sont des hôtes extraordinaires. nous avons profité de tous leurs conseils pour profiter au maximum de la région. idéalement placé, entre plages paradisiaques et randonnées variées et sublimes, l appartement est impeccable, ensoleillé. la terrasse est top. la ville de Tortoli offre tous les services. ne pas hésiter !!!

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The place is just as beautiful as the photos—spotlessly clean, bright, and tastefully decorated. It matched the description perfectly and felt like a peaceful retreat after long days of exploring the coast. The location was great for getting around Cala Gonone, and the views were a bonus. Matteo was incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering helpful tips and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. Would definitely come back and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Excellent venue with a great jacuzzi, very peaceful and close to the restaurants and sea shore. The host was very responsive and kind with us and helped us during our stay. The beds and bathroom are very good, we would book there again if we had to come back again!

The host lives near by with her family. They were responsive and very nice. The place was clean with an artistic flair. Bari Sardo is not a fancy place. We were not sure it was the right location for us. But after a couple of days we realized it had its charm. It is very authentic and the people are genuine. We celebrated Easter there and felt fortunate to share the event with the locals. Something we won’t forget. Great stay.

L'appartamento è molto confortevole, spazioso, pulito dotato di ottimi servizi. È evidente che è stato rinnovato da poco e con scelte apprezzabili. È particolarmente silenzioso, al centro del paese e vicino alle strade che portano ai luoghi naturali fantastici. L'host è molto disponibile.

Wir haben vier Nächte in der wunderschönen Unterkunft in Baunei verbracht, es war durch und durch perfekt. Alles war sehr hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet und gestaltet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ins Tal war einzigartig.

Bellissimo soggiorno, abbiamo scelto questo alloggio per poter vivere un weekend per le Cortes Apertas dei dintorni, ma sicuramente ci torneremo per godere dei confort che offre la struttura. Alloggio realmente deluxe, fornito di tutto il necessario, pulito e ampio.. ogni stanza con il proprio climatizzatore. Grande anche il bagno e molto molto pulito. Peccato non aver avuto modo di usare la jacuzzi, troppe cose da fare in Poco tempo.. sarà per la prossima volta. Grazie Andrea per l'accoglienza e la disponibilità.. A presto

We spent a week at Giuseppe’s place over Easter break. He greeted us to let us in and show the features and workings of the property. We thought the location was perfect and the kids loved the hot tub. 10-15 min walk to restaurants, groceries, and a few shops. Giuseppe was very responsive when we had several questions via messaging. The bathroom was newly renovated and the place has an updated feel while still maintaining the look of a nice Italian villa. The property was well equipped with basics plus some extras like some beach chairs, mats, toys, etc. The outdoor shower with hot water was very useful. We strongly recommend this place!
