Raffaele il proprietario è una persona gentilissima e di cuore, molto attento alla sua attività e anche alla strada che porta alla sua attività, è un ragazzo preciso e perfetto, pulisce anche la mondezza che buttano i maleducati per strada, l'alloggio è bello comodo, dal giardino si và in spiaggia, tutte le attività sono a pochi passi dalla casa, insomma, tutto perfetto oltre le aspettative, ci ritornerò senza dubbio.

myself and my wife stayed in early October 2024. Massimiliana's place is in a great location. It is close to the beach, bakers and local restaurants but also quiet and peaceful. The free parking is a real bonus. Massy, gave clear instructions including photos to help with our arrival and she met us to show us around. The apartment was very clean and a good size for us. The Kitchen was well stocked with crockery and utensils, a microwave would have been a bonus but we managed easily with the hob. The fridge freezer was new. Cleaning materials and rubbish bags were provided and there was also a washing machine, which was spotless and worked really well. Massy even provided pegs ! The double bed is comfortable and there were bedside tables with nearby plugs and a large wardrobe in both rooms to keep things tidy. Breakfast at Sunrise on the terrace was beautiful and there is also a BBQ in the garden. I would definitely recommend Massy's place if you are visiting this area.

Très bien accueilli par Stéphania et son mari. Le logement est spacieux, propre et coquet. L'espace extérieur très agréable.

We had a great stay in Cala Gonone. The apartment was really spacious with two big bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and nice outdoor space as well. It’s an easy short walk to the beach and bars and restaurants. Handy supermarket just round the corner as well. Catarina was really welcoming and helpful. Thank you!

Die Wohnung war super eingerichtet und man hatte das Gefühl zu Hause zu sein, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Cardedu und Umgebung ist mit dem Auto sehr zu empfehlen, nahe gelegene Strände sind damit gut zu erkunden. Es gibt mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, die auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen sind. Cardedu an sich, ist ein eher ruhiger und untouristischer Ort. Stefano war jederzeit gut zu erreichen und gab uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge, usw. Fazit: Wer mit dem Auto die südliche Ostküste Sardiniens erkunden will, ist bei Stefano super aufgehoben. :)

Wynajem u Simony to to czego potrzebowałam😁 Śniadania i kolację na świeżym powietrzu w ogrodzie/patio w towarzystwie przemiłych 🐈🐈‍⬛ i 🐢 cisza i spokój. Bez wielkomiejskiego zgiełku😍Cennym jest brak problemu z parkowaniem. Nie licz na pozostawienie auta koło domu ale możesz liczyć na na zaparkowanie w wyznaczonym miejscu o każdej porze. Do tej otoczki należy dodać mentalność mieszkańców ❤️ którzy przyjęli nas jak swoich Apartament przestronny z wyposażeniem MAX wszystko co potrzebujesz😉 Lokalnie, spacerkiem zrobisz wypad na 🍕 lub 🍤. Polecam też wypad na ☕️ 🥐 a wszystko to za przystępną cenę Ma miejscu mini market. W niewielkiej odległości jest supermarket wyposażony we wszystko😁 No i gospodarze… cóż o nich🤷‍♀️ Dobre dusze, z życzliwym sercem😍 martwiący się o Ciebi gdzieś z ukrycia, bo ich nie widać. Służący pomocą i radami. Tam poczujesz się bezpiecznie🤗

Wunderschöne Lage, umgeben von Natur und Tieren. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die einfache Einrichtung hat uns gut gefallen. Besonders genossen haben wir die Ruhe auf der Terrasse, die Aussendusche und die Sicht auf das Gebirge. Mit dem Auto sind tolle Strände und Dörfer bestens erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und zeigten sich bei Fragen hilfsbereit. Als Cristina uns frische Früchte vorbei gebracht hat, haben wir uns sehr darüber gefreut.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The place is very beautiful with all the little colorful details and it is easy to feel like at home. Surroundings are perfect for climbing and hiking and there is a supermarket near by. Overall really good :)

Abbiamo apprezzato molto il soggiorno da Renata e Gianluca. Sono persone molto cordiali, disponibili e davvero adorabili. Nella sistemazione non manca proprio nulla e l’intera casetta è stata arredata con tanto gusto da entrambi. Ci si innamora dell’isola e del piccolo paese di Ruinas. Ho alloggiato una notte in questa casetta super accogliente, poiché mi trovavo in transito per un viaggio di lavoro. L’ho scelta principalmente per la possibilità di avere un posto auto privato, dettaglio molto importante per il mio spostamento. Sono stato accolto in maniera eccellente fin da subito: mi sono state fornite tutte le informazioni utili per trascorrere al meglio la notte. La casa è molto accogliente e la pulizia impeccabile. Una cosa che mi ha colpito particolarmente, facendomi sentire davvero “a casa”, è stata la decorazione pasquale: semplice, graziosa e curata nei dettagli. Sicuramente, se mi ritroverò a passare da quelle parti, saprò chi contattare! Grazie mille!🫶🏻❤️🌷🤗

Maison très agréable avec une magnifique piscine et vue sur mer. Une proximité avec la plus belle baie de Sardaigne (Orosei) et ses criques de rêve. Un accueil et des recommandations parfaites de Gabriella pour faire de votre séjour une réussite.

casa spettacolare e proprietari molto accoglienti e gentili, sempre disponibili....ci hanno addirittura fatto trovare le pizzette e da bere all"arrivo !! casa comoda, pulita e fornita di tutto. giardino curato dove abbiamo cenato nel totale relax. vicino alla casa, che era in una zona tranquilla, c'erano tanti ristoranti da raggiungere anche a piedi. zona fantastica con tutte le spiagge più belle tra Costa Rei e Villasimius a max 20 minuti di auto al massimo. ci ritorneremo !!!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Luca et avons pu profiter de belles balades sur les 8 kms de plage de Costa Rei mais aussi Molenti, Giunco, cap de Carbonara et d'autres belles plages découvertes en randonnant. Je recommande ce logement et Costa Rei

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Aussicht ist herrlich und der Abstand zum Trubel an der Küste tut gut. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Küche bestens ausgestattet. Wir waren nicht das letzte Mal da.

Top location to enjoy the beach. The large, clean and beautiful beach of Costa Rei is 100m away at the end of a private path. The apartment is recently renovated and everything is new. Very confortable and well equipped. Good communication with the owners who are using the other part of the house as holidays home during the week-ends. I do recommend and I am looking for going back.

Alloggio riscaldato, in condizioni impeccabili, vista sul paese e posizione ottima per raggiungere le strade del carnevale. Apprezzatissimo il consiglio, al nostro arrivo, sugli eventi disponibili nel paese.

Appartamento ampio per quattro persone, con bellissima veranda. Giorgio è stato accogliente e discreto, dandoci buoni consigli su escursioni vicine. Zona sicuramente ottima per visitare la Sardegna: punto strategico dell' Ogliastra. Super consigliato.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Airbnb war einfach traumhaft. Das Haus war groß, makellos sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet – wir hatten wirklich alles, was wir brauchten. Die gemütliche Atmosphäre hat uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlen lassen. Ein besonderes Highlight war der private Pool, in dem wir viele entspannte Stunden verbracht haben. Ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis für unsere Tochter waren die fünf niedlichen und freundlichen Hunde, die ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück lebten. Sie liebte es, Zeit mit ihnen zu verbringen! Die Hunde hatten jedoch keinen Zutritt zum Haus oder zum Garten, was für uns auch sehr angenehm war. Wir können dieses Airbnb jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der einen erholsamen und komfortablen Urlaub im Süden Sardiniens verbringen möchte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

I booked this really nice place for a one week holiday with my boyfriend. Ilaria´s place is really clean and we felt like home immediately, she´s really nice and always helped us when we needed! I can suggest this place 100% :) It is in Quartu, a small town directly near Cagliari which is extremely close to the beach. You can actually walk to the beach in 10-15 Minutes! And on the way to the beach you can see the Flamingos who are now not afraid of people anymore and come really close. There are otherwise supermarkets, cafés, pharmacies and a few restaurants nearby. I suggest to go to Locanda Caddeo for a delicious aperitivo and to Frontemare for dinner. I suggest to book this place if you have a car, so you can move freely and explore the beatiful beaches on the way to Villasimius (like Baccu Mandara, Porto Sa Ruxi, Giunco, Punta Molentis) which are easier to reach starting from Quartu than from Cagliari. Cagliari is approx 15 Minutes away with the car or 30 Minutes with the bus.

Ich war 6 Wochen in der Wohnung, 3 Tage um zu arbeiten und 4 Tage um Rad zu fahren in der Woche. Das WLAN war zuverlässig und ausreichend schnell. Radfahrtechnisch ist die Umgebung anspruchsvoll aber landschaftlich äußerst reizvoll. Michele und Marco waren sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber die ich sehr gerne weiterempfehlen möchte. In Bari Sardo sind alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, inkl. Restaurants und Kneipen, in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Empfehlen möchte ich unbedingt das Restaurant Ristrot mit leckerer Wein- und Speisekarte.
