Within minutes to dining and parks with playgrounds, fishing, walking/ jogging/ bike paths and serene views. A 9 minute (3.7 mile) drive to Madeira beach an 20 to 30 minutes to many other popular beaches. A 30 minute drive to Tampa (airport) A 22 minute drive to St Pete (airport) 30 min to downtown.

This is part of a duplex unit (another unit is attached to this one), but everything is private inside and outside. (No pets allowed :-))
