Through a private entrance you will find a large 15'x16' studio bedroom with a king bed, dinette, sitting area, and 60" TV. The space also includes a bunk room with a twin bunk, a luxurious bathroom, and a microwave and mini fridge. Relax and enjoy the views while staying at a centralized location in Loveland. Only 2 miles from I-25 and 1 mile from highway 34!

A few things to note first! - We live upstairs with our two children, so while we always try to be courteous, some noise may travel. - There is no air-conditioning, but the space stays comfortably cool during summer (and we have circulating fans).
