Apartamento cómodo y con vistas espectaculares de la playa. Esta justo en el paseo maritimo. Nos ayudo en el proceso de llegada y con recomendaciones para pasar los dias en las palmas. Muy recomendable.

Very nice apartment just a few meters from the beach. Despite the great location rather quiet bedrooms. Everything works, personal welcome, nice experience, would definitely book again.

This apartment is a dream. Spacious and clean, with all you need and many beautiful details. Location perfect, close to the beach and promenade. Walking distance to the main shopping street , with El Corte Inglés. I really enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended.

El apartamento está genial, con unas vistas preciosas al puerto; encuentras todos los servicios en la misma calle, el mercado justo en frente; supermercados, paradas de bus; parking de fácil acceso. Es muy luminoso, pero también muy caluroso. Ideal para invierno. Como mejora, sugeriría un toldo en el balcón, o almohadas más confortables. Federico y Marcos se mostraron serviciales en todo momento. Recomendable 100%.

Die Unterkunft ist top gelegen. Wir sind mit zwei Kleinkindern unterwegs und konnten von der Unterkunft alles was wir erledigen wollten schnell und einfach erreichen. Michael ist sehr gut erreichbar und antwortet schnell. Das An- und Abreisen ging sehr unkompliziert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und sind dankbar für diesen einfachen Start in unseren Urlaub.

Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist super vorallem weil man in 2 Minuten am Strand ist. Das einzige was wir zu bemängeln haben, ist das irgendwo (wahrscheinlich über uns) zwischenzeitlich sehr Laute Bauarbeiten waren. Ansonsten sind wir aber super zufrieden und können die Unterkunft empfehlen :)

Great apartment, 3 min walk from the beach. Everything is well positioned so that even if there is an event outside the bedroom is quiet. Ramon was extremely friendly and recommended us places for renting a car and parking. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to make a quick meal. The apartment also has an elevator available. If you are looking for a place to stay in central Las Palmas I would recommend Ramons place.

We have just spent a month in this wonderful apartment. The huge terrace is stunning, totally private, in the sun all day long, and the sound and sight of the waves (and the surfers) is gorgeous. (We were a bit worried about the astroturf, but it is the softest most top quality astroturf you can imagine!) Julio provided us with a charcoal barbeque, (and loads of the right equipment) and most evenings that is what we did, fantastic, thankyou so much. The kitchen/living/dining room is very spacious, we normally ate inside as you can still see and hear the surf through the huge sliding glass patio doors. Storage throughout is extensive (we had been there a whole week before we discovered a well supplied spice rack!) Having the parking space underneath is great (but don’t hire a great big car). Julio left lots of stuff for us, many essentials, fruit (the little electric juicer is great) and also a lovely bag of Tentacions de Moya - thankyou! We loved it here, don’t miss out!

Hemos estado unos días muy bien, todo genial. La comunicación muy fluida, camas muy cómodas y amplitud del apartamento. Cerca de la playa con muchos supermercados y zona de restauración. Ha sido un placer estar aquí.

Amelia ist eine tolle und freundliche Gastgeberin! Das Appartement ist sehr schön gelegen. Wer gut zu Fuß ist findet viele schöne Restaurants in der Nähe. Der Balkon bietet einen traumhaften Blick. Der Strand ist auch sehr schön. Es war alles perfekt für einen tollen Urlaub und wir kommen gern wieder. Mit einem Mietwagen kann man von dort viele schöne Ausflüge unternehmen.

Very nice and fully equipped apartment. Communication was great and check-in/out very flexible. Thanks! In the morning you can hear the cars from the street and there aren't any nice restaurants/bars close by. But the location is great if you want to get rather quickly to all the nice places in Gran Canaria (Las Palmas 15min, Maspalomas 30min, mountains for hiking). The price for heating the pool is 30€ per day.

Fantastic house on a small street within easy walking distance both to the sandy beach and to the rocky beautiful area off the town. Very friendly hosts, always responsive. And the house itself - brand new, very comfy beds, fully equipped and very spacious, with the “inner terrace” with jacuzzi a great highlight. Definitely recommended!

Eli is truly an amazing host, literally 10 out of 10! She goes above and beyond in making you feel totally welcome. Eli is an absolutely lovely, kind person, ready to help if you need anything. Her Airbnb is lovely, a wonderful place to relax, chill and soak up the ambience of a small town and enjoy the ocean sounds and views which are literally on your doorstep!

Encarna war sehr freundlich im Austausch. Der Check-in war flexibel möglich, obwohl wir spontan sogar deutlich früher als geplant und normaler Check-in Zeit, als ursprünglich geplant. Ein Auto braucht man zwar, um gut dorthin zu kommen, aber zur Erkundung der Insel unabkömmlich. Die Parkplätze scheinen erstmal ziemlich rar zu sein, aber wir haben immer etwas gefunden. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und der Ausblick traumhaft. Bei uns war es auch sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Super Aufenthalt, gute Lage, habe die zwei Wochen Home Office von dort sehr genossen. Nur wenige Meter zur Playa de la Canteras

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in dem eben erst renovierten Appartement. Vor allem die gut ausgestattete Küche und das schöne geräumige Badezimmer haben uns gut gefallen. Das Schlafzimmer ist durch ein kluges Schiebetüren-System angenehm ruhig und gut abzudunkeln. Wir haben die Wohnung u.a. zum Arbeiten genutzt – da sich nebenan eine Schule und ein Kindergarten befinden, war es tagsüber oft etwas lauter (zum Arbeiten am besten Noise Cancelling Kopfhörer mitbringen). Die Lage in direkter Strandnähe ist hervorragend. Wir können das Appartement jedem empfehlen.

Estancia impecable. Alojamiento muy limpio y equipado. Excelente ubicación y Mercedes fue una excelente anfitriona. Muy recomendable.

Jesus ist ein sehr netter, zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der einem gute Tipps gibt, wenn man welche braucht. Er ist unkompliziert und freundlich und ich hatte einen super angenehmen Chek-in und Check-out. Habe mich in den zwei Wochen in seiner Wohnung wie Zuhause gefühlt und kann allen empfehlen ein Aufenthalt zu buchen! Vielen herzlichen Dank Jesus:)!

I've had a great stay in the heart of Las Palmas! The apartment is perfectly located, in the best area of the city, 1min walk to the beach and maybe 5 to Santa Catalina. With a supermarket across the street and plenty of good restaurants around. The apartment was very clean, but the best experience was the communication with Verónica and Martín - I came here not only for vacation but for work and the stable and fast internet connection was very important for me. On the day of my arrival something broke (on the provider's side), but the hosts were extremely engaged to resolve this issue quickly with the internet provider company. Overall a very pleasant experience and great communication. Thank you! The only downside: sometimes it gets a bit loud in the apartment, since it's a busy area and the walls are pretty thin. But nothing deal breaking +you can expect that on the center of the city. I'll be happy to come back in the future. :)

Meluca is an exceptional host, so friendly and pleasant to talk to. We had a great time talking to her and she was always very responsive and helpful! She definitely made our check-in special! The apartment itself was as described with all the amenities needed. The bed was very comfy and the kitchen well equipped. Meluca had left us some extra towels for the beach which was appreciated. The location is really convenient with the beach just few steps away and many restaurants around, Overall, I would highly recommend the place and even more Meluca as a host!
