Second time staying at Eddie's home in Playa Encanto. He is a fantastic host and does a great job of communicating and making sure we had everything we need. The house is beautiful, right on the water, plenty of space for a family and in a very safe and secluded area of Penasco. Eddie is great to work with and we will definitely continue to reach out to him for all of our weekend trips to Penasco!

it exceed my expectations the host was very helpful I love the house and the view wow amazing I had an amazing stay all my family love it I will definitely rent this house again.

I enjoyed staying at this Airbnb, the place was way better then we expected. A lot of space and the host provides a lot of amenities you will not run out. Really close to playa Mirador, a walking distance less than 5 minutes.

Can't beat the location - open the back door and you're on the beach. Well-stocked kitchen, plenty of room for our family. Great outdoor sitting/eating area. Beds were comfortable. Secure parking. Good value overall.

We were right on the beach, where we spent most of our time. We felt very safe and comfortable. Found it hard to leave this perfect location, so we ate on the patio most often. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed.

My family & I stayed at Mike & Norma’s for 4 nights. We loved it! Great location, walkable distance to the beach & close to gear places to eat. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This is the second time that I have stayed here and I love the convenience of walking down the boat ramp to the water, it's very private, the porch is wonderful, it's enclosed for pets and there is a lot of noise on the boat dock and beach part but it didn't bother me at aIl, I enjoy sitting out on the porch watching the boats being launched.

Great stay! It is in a great location near the front of Las Conchas and there is a tienda and restaurant a 2 minute walk away. It is also a really short walk to the beach. Would absolutely stay here again!

Dina's place was incredible. the pictures do NOT do it justice. my family and I loved how peaceful and private everything was and we can't stop talking about returning. we accidentally locked a bathroom door and Dina was extremely helpful in finding a solution. This place is a must!

Great place right on the beach. This place was easy to get to with the directions the owner provided so the check in was hassle free. This unit was behind the other 2 buildings and although the view wasn't quite as good, we found we really enjoyed the privacy and the porch views were great in the morning! It was really easy to get to the beach and the palapas were really nice so you didn't have to set up an umbrella. The beach was really private, only the other people staying at Six palms were there. We really enjoyed the low key atmosphere to just get away. About a 30 min drive to town, but that was clearly stated and we didn't mind it. Overall it was a great place to stay with kids who want to beach the entire day.

Beautiful place. Looked exactly like the pictures. Located in a private area so you feel very safe.Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the price and worth your time!

Great House with full amenities in good working order. The Chef dinner was an excellent recommendation! We'll be happy to stay again!

Great place to bring adults and relax with ample space for each individual or couple. The outside view of the bay is beautiful, quiet, and the stars in the sky really pop out. Each room has a king sized bed and its own personal bathroom, which is huge for adults and couples. The kitchen is equipped with a very nice gas stove, microwave and refrigerator, which made cooking easy. I used the outside grill to cook burgers as well. We stayed for the golf at Islas Del Mar and that was well worth it! I had a little trouble finding the house, but Michael directed me very well. He is super responsive and will help your visit be a success.

Awesome stay in an awesome part of town. Vendors still walk up the beach in the off season it’s that good. The lot has two houses perfect for privacy between different families. Everything was perfect and we will be back! Very nice that the vehicles can be parked and the gate closed.

Sandra was amazing and the house was exactly like advertised. There was an extremely windy day and ended up blowing the glass table top off and I called Sandra who was very responsive and understanding of the situation. After sweeping and putting the patio furniture covers in the upstairs room to prevent further damage from winds, we continued on with our beautiful vacation! Great spot!

I loved this place the pictures do no justice I can't wait to return to Rocky point and I would definitely love to stay here again

This house was huge and definitely had enough space for a party of 13! Equipped with everything you would need. Only thing I would have to mention is some of the rooms upstairs didn’t cool down like the others but overall our stay was fun! We were able to walk down to the beach!

This was a great space for six of us plus three dogs! Everyone has their own bathroom and was able to have their own private space. The air conditioner was great. The house has everything we needed for towels, beach towels, dish soap, hand soap in the bathrooms, bottled water, dog bowls and more. We love the patio and it was a great space for the dogs to be able to run around and feel free. The beach is a short walk in front of the house. The house is in the second row of homes from the beach which is actually great so you don’t hear the beach visitors. They also had loungers which were great to lay out on the patio if you didn’t want to go to the beach. Very comfortable living room. Very comfortable beds. Lots of clean linens. Karo, the local property manager was quick to respond to any concerns. The carport fits one car, but a second also fits in the drive way. Never had an issue.

Omar’s home was incredible! My friend’s and I wanted a relaxing vacation, and that is exactly what we got! With the home being beachfront, it was incredibly peaceful. Omar was an awesome, attentive host. He was super hospitable, and the fact that he was extremely responsive made it feel safe and welcoming. Thank you Omar for allowing us to reside in this incredible home! Will definitely want to stay here again

Had an amazing stay! The place was super clean and exactly as described. The ocean views were breathtaking, we had so much fun exploring the beach. Sunsets were unbelievable. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy. It had everything we needed, and communication was top-notch—quick responses and very helpful. Highly recommend!
