Private Beach House in Las Conchas

Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.

This updated 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home is amazing & completely beachfront towards the end of the Las Conchas area of Rocky Point. The home is gated in, w/ a private small pool. The beach in front is awesome for shell finding, kayaking, playing in the water and games on the beach! Sand dunes are close by along w/ the estuary to explore. Our family has LOVED this home & you will too! It is clean & modern which makes a huge difference! 3 night minimum, NO SMOKING & NO PETS! There is no BBQ.
