Casa de Carolina es una casa frente al mar de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en Las Conchas con una vista espectacular del Mar de Cortés. Casa para 4 adultos y dos niños. Ambos dormitorios tienen vista al mar, el dormitorio principal en el lado este tiene una cama King y un baño completo con barras de apoyo para discapacitados. El segundo dormitorio en el lado oeste tiene dos camas individuales y un baño completo. Hay una estancia mínima de 2 noches durante la semana y una estancia mínima de 3 noche

Private Beach House in Las Conchas

Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.

You can relax in the condo, enjoy either of the two pools or rooftop patio with the best view of the Sea of Cortez in all of Las Conchas. Since our unit is in the first, most forward facing building, the view from the huge patio is one of the best views in the entire complex and it's very private.

Centrally located on Playa Mirador, this 3 bedroom 3 bath home is within a short walking distance of Manny's Beach Club, Pitaya Bar and Pink Cadillac. Spend the day on the beach, then unwind and watch the sunset from the large patio with lounge chairs, firepit and BBQ grill. The home is perfect for entertaining with a shuffleboard and foosball tables, two 50" smart TV's and a fully stocked kitchen.
