Nuestra estancia fue de tan solo dos días, pero el departamento está cerca de todo: restaurant, tiendas y del malecon. Roberto siempre respondió cuando le solicite. Regresaré a hospedarme en este lugar.

Excelente atención, limpieza, todo según las fotos, hemos llegado antes y siempre todo muy bien con este departamento… muy recomendable.

Beautiful place. And so close to the Malecon, which we walked every night after dinner. Stores and places to eat in walking distance. Jacobo and Raciel were very friendly and helpful. Two cute dogs greeted us. The space is quaint with an amazing balcony for lounging in the hammock. Perfect place for siesta. We hope to back some day.

El lugar esta muy amplio, limpio y cómodo, la atención de Ericka es muy agradable y rápida, te resuelve todas tus dudas y me dio oportunidad de poder llegar un poco antes lo cual necesitaba mucho. Como dato, los vecinos de los departamentos casi siempre están afuera de sus puertas y se escucha, pero si no les importa entonces es un muy buen lugar, tiene todo y más, sin duda regresaría

Fue mi primera vez en la paz y sin duda alguna volvería a hospedarme en el lugar. Carlos excelente anfitrión, yo tenía muchas dudas y rápidamente me resolvio, también le pedí ayuda en otras cosas fuera de lo acordado y recibí su apoyo amablemente. Agradezco su atención y lo recomiendo ampliamente. El lugar muy sencillo y acogedor, cumple 100% lo que ofrece. 😊

We had a great stay. Good location. Coffee shop just next door. Quick walk to Malecon.

The accommodation offers everything you need for a stay in La Paz. Shops, cafes and the Malecón are not far away. The host is always available and tries to help.

Very responsive host, the place very clean, well equipped, sheets on top of fitted sheets as well as excess towels would have been nice, however, I never asked. Ideal for long stays. I would book again when I come back to La Paz.

Increíble lugar para hospedarte, sin duda regresaría! Es una zona súper segura, nueva y en desarrollo, a pasos del malecón pero con la distancia suficiente para no escuchar nada de ruidos, llevaba un niño pequeño y wow la opción de la piscina, siempre climatizada y queda prácticamente afuera del balcón del departamento lo que lo hace súper cómodo, como si fuera tuya! todo muy limpio, súper cerca para llegar a las playas en auto, seguridad 24/7 y muy amables, el departamento con muy bien gusto decorado, en general lo super recomiendo. Tom responde rápido y siempre atento y amable a todo, incluso tiene buenas sugerencias para visitar. No duden en hospedarse!

El departamento muy cómodo y agradable. Nuestra estancia fue de 4 días y Fernando, estuvo siempre al pendiente de nuestra estancia. El departamento muy limpio. El aire acondicionado funciona al 💯. Hay un libro con las indicaciones y recomendaciones para comer así como para hacer excursiones. Respecto a la ubicación del departamento, está cerca del malecón y para los lugares que visitamos estuvo perfecto. En las noches no hay bullicio, es una zona muy tranquila. An absolutely beautiful building with breathtaking ocean views! It’s also conveniently close to all the entertainment and activities. A perfect spot for both relaxation and fun!

We loved staying at Naleen's place. The views from the balconies were fantastic. The home is well decorated and comfortable and Naleen was very responsive and friendly. It is a very short walk to the beautiful malecon with several restaurants and great views. I highly recommend this place and will stay again if in LA Paz again

This place was incredible! Amazing location walking distance to everything you need, beautiful view of the water, rooftop pool & hot tub make it so that you don’t even need to leave the building if you don’t want to! Quick & easy access to walk the malecon which is where you find most restaurants & markets. Wish we stayed longer because it was so nice but we will most certainly be back again! Also check in was so easy, host was so easy to communicate with, met us upon arrival & showed us everything we needed to know about the building. Check in was seamless! Can’t say enough great things about this stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was spotless and offered a breathtaking view. The amenities were fantastic, especially the gym and the rooftop terrace, which made the experience even better. The location is also a big plus—just a few minutes from the malecón, making it easy to explore the area. A great bonus was the availability of beach chairs and a small cooler, which came in handy for beach outings. The only thing to note is that if you’re visiting during Carnaval season, the noise from the bands on the malecón can be quite intense inside the apartment. However, aside from that, everything about this place was amazing. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Me gustó mucho el lugar, limpio y ameno… está muy fácil el acceso en carro y en buena ubicación… si no traen carro no sé si sea tan fácil el acceso pero pues existe UBER. La vista super recomendada… ☺️

Additionally, the maintenance staff was efficient and attentive, ensuring that the property was well-maintained and any issues were quickly resolved. The hot tub and pool were a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. The rooftop hot tub was wonderful at night to enjoy the views. Overall, the combination of a responsive host and diligent maintenance staff made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
