Wonderful apartment and great hosts. Highly recommend. Note: renting a car would be worthwhile to see more of the island.

The best thing about staying here is the view from the balcony, it's even better than the pictures! The accommodation was incredibly clean, the lady who cleaned (sorry we didn't get her name!) did a brilliant job and also checked us in and out, she was really friendly and worked around our flights to meet us. Philipp and Eka's communication was excellent, with helpful and fast responses. The area is really peaceful and we found it a lovely walk of about 20-30 mins to get to Playa Del Ingles. Will definitely be back!

I want to start with thanking María, she is a wonderful host and made sure I had everything I needed. Unfortunately, there were construction works going at the building which caused a lot of noise. María immediately took my concerns very seriously and offered a solution. She responded quickly to any problems or concerns I had. Here's my review about the studio: - The kitchen is very complete and perfect for cooking every day. - The internet is fast and suited for video calls. - The place itself looks even better than on the pictures, e.g. there is a desk with desk chair included, and the actual tv is better than the one pictured. The studio is clearly well maintained. - The location! You just step out the door and you're immediately on the beach. Some small negative points: - It can be very dark during most of the day because the building on the opposite side blocks the light - If you're sensitive to noise, bring earplugs. The windows are thin and there's noise from traffic outside

Het appartement en vooral het terras voldeed aan mijn wensen. Vooral op het terras kon ik gemakkelijk werken of van de zon genieten. Er was wifi en zon of schaduw naar keuze. Goed gekozen meubilair. Geen inkijk en toch mooi uitzicht op de bergen. Voor mij persoonlijk ideaal.

Exquisita atención de Darío El apartamento a pesar de ser pequeño brinda comfort y las utilidades están muy cuidadas es cómodo y bien diseñado con lavadora y secadora , con la playa muy cerca , lo recomiendo .

Davide and Sabrina were great hosts and were easy to communicate with. Sabrina checked with us to make sure everything was going well and to make sure we had everything we needed and was helpful with any information we required. They were very accommodating with allowing an early checkin following our early flight time. We would happily stay here again.

The apartment is within a couple of minutes walk to the harbour with all the lovely restaurants. It was well appointed. We were a little surprised that there was no oven in the kitchen as we like to cook occasionally but it didn’t detract from the experience. Would be great for a family.

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben 5 Autominuten vom Zentrum entfernt in sehr ruhiger Lage mit toller Aussicht. Im Zentrum parkten wir meist im Parkhaus mit angeschloss. Superdino/Verbraucher bequem und günstig bis 23.00./altern. kostenlos an dem Schotterparkplatz an dem kleinen netten eingefriedeten Strand. Die Ausstattung des App. wie beschrieben üppig auch für Familien sogar mit Gasgrill.Leider ist uns beim Grillen am Abend die Flasche leergegangen und es gab keine Ersatzflasche. Der Pool ist wie bei uns im Feb. auf 26 Grad angenehm aufgeheizt.Das ist richtig toll.Wenn die Panoramaglasscheiben an der Veranda salz- u. schmutzfrei wären wäre das aufwertend.Die Obermieter im Haus sind absolut unauffällig haben aber Blick auf die Terasse/Pool. WLAN ist prima und die Zimmerausstatt. grosszügig und komfortabel.Das vordere Badezimmer hat mangels Fenster und Elektrolüfter etwas Abwassergeruchsproblem.Aber alles nur Kleinigkeiten.Wir waren gerne da, können bestens empfehlen und bedanken uns

we had a great stay here. house is perfect for two people. great having WC up and down stairs. lovely little garden. spotlessly clean. the bus stop is 5 mins away. we walked to both Maspalomas and Playa del Ingles in 45 mins.

Everything was good - host very responsive and we quite liked the turtle.

Dir Unterkunft entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Carlos ist zudem ein sehr zuvorkommender und freundlicher Gastgeber. Über die gebuchte Unterkunft hinaus haben wir viele Hilfreiche Informationen und Links zur Umgebung erhalten, die uns den Aufenthalt angenehm gemacht haben. Viele Restaurants und eine super Ausgangsbasis für Wanderungen und Unternehmungen. Der Ausblick auf dir Berge ist einfach nur grandios. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen 👍🏻😎

Great location, puerto de sardina is such a beautiful area. The host was available to welcome us and was quick to reply if we had any answer. The place was clean, nice terrasse at the top. Thank you very much

Ana has a beautiful apartment in the old town of Las Palmas. The highlights of this area are all within walking distance. The kitchen is very complete with all the things you need. It was great that Ana provided coffee, tea, fruits and water. I absolutely appreciate that. We were travelling with a baby, a cot and care products were available, making this a great place to stay with a family. Two things to keep in mind is that it can become warm in the apartment so you need to open the windows, while in the city there is always some noice coming from outside, like cars and garage doors. The other thing is parking, in the street this is only for residents so reach out to Ana for details on before hand. Great apartment, kind host, clear instructions so I would definitely stay again.

Philip kiváló házigazda. A szállás jól felszerelt és tiszta. Könnyen elérhető busszal. Nem messze tőle van egy szupermarket, egy pizzéria, éttermek. Aki még nem volt Gran Canárián, Maspalomas a sziget déli, napos oldala, sok napsütéssel és strandolási lehetőséggel (mi februárban voltunk).

El alojamiento era perfecto, todo limpio. Marisa ha sido muy amable con nosotros desde el min 1, si nos hacía falta algo nos lo proporcionaba al instante. Lo recomiendo al 100%

Buena ubicación y muy cómodo, perfecto para pasar unos días!

Nýlega uppgerð íbúð með allt sem til þarf. Rúmið sérlega gott. Svalirnar rúmgóðar, borð, stólar og bekkir. Sólin komin á svalirnar um og upp úr hádegi sem hentaði okkur vel sem notuðum morgnanna í gōnguferðir. Hōfðum svo sólin þar til hún sōkk í hafið. Vildi maður komast í sól fyrr smellti maður sér bara niður í sundlaugargarðinn þar sem bæði garður og laug voru fram úr máta hrein. Stutt í matvōruverslanir og veitingastaði sem buðu upp á bæði tónlistarkvōld og íþróttaútsendingar á stórum skjám. Staðsetningin er ofarlega í hlíðinni fyrir ofan Amadoresstrōndina og tók það okkur um 15-20 mín að rōlta niður á strōndina og svipaðan tíma upp aftur. Nennti maður ekki að rōlta greip maður bara leigubíl, en leigubílastōð var staðsett alveg við innganginn í húsið. Þá tók það svipaðan tíma að rōlta yfir til Puerto Rico hinu megin við hæðina og gat maður valið um að rōlta hallann eða taka trōppurnar 709. Frábær staður sem við mælum með og eigum vonandi eftir að heimsækja aftur.
