Renta de mansiones vacacionales en Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

Nuestra estancia en casa de Cinthya fue excelente. Desde el principio, la comunicación fue clara y fluida, con instrucciones precisas que hicieron el check-in muy fácil. La casa estaba impecable, bien cuidada y era muy espaciosa, ideal para una estancia cómoda y relajada. No tuvimos ningún inconveniente durante nuestra visita. Sin duda, recomendaríamos hospedarse aquí y volveríamos en el futuro.

Wat een vriendelijke vrouw is Patricia, ze was er gelijk bij aankomst en gaf een duidelijke instructie. Tevens was ze het hele verblijf altijd goed bereikbaar. Het huis is heerlijk ruim en voorzien van alles wat vermeldt staat. Het ziet er allemaal mooi, schoon en netjes uit. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Zou het huis zeker aanraden aan groepen!

Jorge and Marco were superb hosts with great communication. Location is ideal for walking to restaurants and supermarket. We spent 6 days playing golf which was never more than an easy drive of 15 mins. The property is right next to Meloneras Golf course. Everyone had a great holiday. Lovely stay with 7 golfers and 2 wives.

Our experience at booking this villa was first rate from beginning to end. I had questions before booking which were answered by Alex very promptly. He couldn’t have been more helpful. The villa is located in a peaceful area and it felt very safe. We loved the pool (which we paid extra to have heated), the outdoor kitchen was fabulous and the layout of the villa meant that all guests had plenty of space. There are a few restaurants and bars located just a short walk away. We ate in some of these but also had taxis to the seafront which cost no more than 7 Euros. There were always taxis waiting in the taxi rank opposite Aldi. Alex helped us to organise a private transfer to and from the airport which was great. 10/10 - we didn’t want to leave! Sehr gute Unterkunft für mindestens bis zu 12 Personen. Sehr sauber und sehr gute Kommunikation. Flexibler Check-in möglich. Mietwagen wird benötigt, da wie der Beschreibung zu entnehmen ist, die Finca in den Bergen liegt. Kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe vorhanden, aber besser nach Maspalomas fahren ca 20-25 Minuten 😊👍🏻

My family group of 7 have just returned from Fernandos villa and had the best time! the villa is huge, spotless & modern. it has absolutely everything you may need and more. The boys loved the gym and games room as they are really into their gym and boxing. I loved the that there was a door that separates a walk in wardrobe, and bathroom to the master bedroom. it gave us that extra bit of privacy which is well needed on holiday. You'll need a car to stay here, which we had and was comforted to know that it had it's own huge garage. the villa is very secure as it is in a locked community with 24hr security. you felt very safe. Fernando was kind, warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble, he really is the perfect host. I would recommend this villa to anyone! Thank you Fernando!!!

Great place to stay!

Meine Tochter und ich hatten einen tollen, erholsamen Aufenthalt in dem Haus von Alvaro. Es war wunderschön, größer als wir gedacht hatten, und anfangs haben wir uns sogar verirrt. Es war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Aussicht von der großen Terrasse war mega. Die Betten waren gemütlich. Die Wohnung war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir zum Kochen und Essen benötigten. Der Check-In war dank Schlüsselbox sehr einfach, und wir durften sogar später auschecken. Das Auto konnten wir sicher und kostenfrei vor dem Gebäude parken. Insgesamt eine 5* Plus Bewertung, danke Alvaro!

This place was great. It is private, you can drive right up to it, spacious, and will managed. It is not in a vacation area - which I prefer. It abuts an agricultural area, and to get there you need to navigate some very narrow neighborhood roads. It is in easy walking distance of a big grocery store, a great restaurant, and a major bus stop. But apart from that you will need a car to get anywhere. It is also VERY close (five minutes) from the airport, which is very convenient.

This house is perfect for a beautiful vacation in Gran Canaria. Three huge bedrooms, two smaller bedrooms , two living rooms, huge kitchen, large terrace with beautiful plants, garage. The house was very very clean ‼️‼️‼️ Carlos is a fantastic host, he helps us with everything and we got good tips for our vacation there. We'll ride 800 km on this beautiful island, Maluma concert, carnival, lots of attractions in the area. If you have a large family or group of friends, this is a perfect place to explore Gran Canaria The area is very quiet, you can quickly reach many attractions. Carlos, I hope we can visit you again. Si vous aimez les rangées d’immeubles impersonnelles et bétonnées en bord de falaise, face à la mer, ce n’est pas chez Xeph qu’il faut aller! Par contre, si vous recherchez un endroit authentique et paisible, foncez! L’endroit est juste exceptionnel et participe grandement à la réussite du séjour. La situation de la finca est parfaite pour visiter le cœur de l’île, ses montagnes, ses canyons, ses chemins randonnées mais également ses plages. Il faut se deplacer en voiture mais on est heureux de retrouver la belle Finca après des journées à vadrouiller. Les maisons sont très bien équipées. Il ne manque rien. Nous avons aimé les multiples endroits où petits déjeuners, déjeuner, dîner … ce n’était jamais le même cadre mais toujours une très belle vue sur les montagnes. La communication avec Xeph est réactive et fluide et il a pensé à tout pour qu’on l’on trouve facilement le logement. Piscine non chauffée, glaciale en février mais bon pour la circulation sanguine après les randonnées

Très bel hébergement situé proche de tout (commerces, bars, casino, dunes, plages). Climatisation dans le salon et une chambre. Luxe d’avoir une salle de bain et un toilette par chambre. Il y a quelques petits dysfonctionnements sûrement dut à l’occupation saisonnière mais rien de dérangeant. Linda a répondu à notre demande d’avoir deux lits bébés très gentiment. Elle nous a également donné tous les bons plans des alentours. Je recommande ce logement! Au plaisir de revenir.

The house was very nice - especially the pool. A little supermarket was 5 min by foot apart. Unfortunately was the big shopping areal except of the little supermarket very old and not so nice but it was not a big deal for us. In summary i think it was a nice holiday in Gran Canaria and i would like to spend another week in Pablos house. Thank you for all the details you send me and your fast reply.

We booked villa Morada for 10 Days of pride, a few ppl couldn't make it, so Jose refunded us the price for the reduced number of guests. The hosts were always reachable and were answering incredibly quickly. Only thing to note, it's more for 6-9 ppl (when couples can share the big beds) than for 10. But since we were only 6 we weren't affected. We cannot recommend Villa Morada enough, 3 keys, fully equipped kitchen, the pool was heated but not too much, everything was clean. Late checkout? Sure, just send us a message once you are out. There was a Taxi-Stand almost in front of the door (so 7€ to almost anywhere), also there is an Aldi-Supermarket right around the corner, so no lengthy planning for cooking/BBQ etc. just go grab something on the way back from the beach. The street noise was no issue at all Such a great experience and value for the money. We would really like to come again. And thanks again to our Hosts Jose and Grimanesa for the experience and the flexibility

The house was perfect - very clean, kitchen well equipped, the pool (after heating on request) very warm, jacuzzi was a perfect add-on. The house is spacious, perfect for two families. The kids enjoyed the playstation ;) We highly recommend this place!

Et dejligt sted uden for områder med turister. Flot og lækkert hus og en fantastisk vært som ønsker et godt ophold. Det kræver en bil for at komme til andre områder, men det oplyses også. Kan varmt anbefales. Meget søde værter og vicevært og de er nærværende og meget søde til at kommunikere med dig.

Brilliant villa has everything you need for a gorgeous holiday so Peaceful and relaxing and exactly as advertised . Need to get taxi’s or hire A car to get anywhere although there is a Beach nearby but never been . 1 single room and one double room with en-suite is on ground level then downstairs has two more double rooms and shared bathroom. Plenty of towels /beach towels and sunbeds as advertised would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Alles bestens gelaufen. Claudia hat immer schnell reagiert und die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben. Eine schöne Woche in einer sehr guten Lage. Kommen bestimmt wieder
