Amara est une hôte de confiance, très sympathique et très impliquée. Elle est toujours disponible et nous a donné des infirmations très utiles lors de notre arrivée. Le logement est très grand, propre et propose de très belles prestations, à commencer par l'espace extérieur qui possède une grande piscine et beaucoup d'endroits pour se poser. Le logement propose lui de très beaux espaces avec des multiples terrasses, salons et une décoration typique et recherchée ce qui en fait tout son charme. La Finca est idéalement située, à 15min de l'aéroport, à 15 min de Palma et proche des commerces. Nous avons passé avec mes amis un séjour totalement dépaysant dans un cadre magnifique. Je recommande entièrement ou vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avec besoin.

Une semaine paisible dans un environnement agréable ! La maison est jolie et bien équipée. Elle surplombe un petit village charmant. Les instructions des hôtes sont claires et précises. Une bonne semaine sur une île magnifique !

het huisje was bij aankomst nog mooier als op de foto's, wat een plek! prachtige tuin/boomgaard, verse sinaasappels, citroenen en grapefruits. Kinderen waren niet uit het zwembad te krijgen, wij zaten hier vanaf 21 april 2025, 9 dagen. Door het heerlijke weer veel buiten. grote ruime keuken, en mega woon en eetgedeelte. Onze dochter noemde het huis van binnen een museum, veel oude schilderijen en meubels. De bank zat heerlijk en een mega tv. Veel gekko's om het huisje gezien. Roofvogels die over vliegen. Zwembad werd in onze week 2 x gecheckt, op het erf is een tuinman aan het werk, hier merk je niks van vriendelijke man!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Poolbereich und der Garten bietet viel Abwechslung. Auch die Buchung und Kommunikation hat super geklappt. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

As a big group, we arrived in 2 stages and Ken did all he could to accommodate same including early check in for one group. Picked the rest of us up from the airport (late in day) and nothing a hassle. had issue with one of the appliances during the stay (no fault of anyone's) and was fixed efficiently without hassle. House is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. has all the amenities you could ask for. while walking distance from the town, having the bikes available was a huge benefit. with table tennis, pool and the pool, no shortage of things for the kids to do. Group made up of 9 from age 1 to 82 and would all highly recommend and go back again. many thanks to Ken and his team for a wonderful stay.

Best property with all the amenities. House was cozy and nice with the spanish touch!

we verbleven 3 nachten in deze heerlijke villa. alles was netjes en er was genoeg ruimte. ook de tuin en het zwembad waren heerlijk om te ontspannen en we hebben iedere dag gebruik gemaakt van de BBQ om lekker buiten te eten. de villa ligt mooi prive op een heuvel en je hoort vrijwel niks van de omgeving/buren. al met al een geslaagde vakantie en we bevelen deze villa zeker aan!

Die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert, wenn man unter sich sein möchte. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn. Um die Gegend erkunden zu wollen benötigt man allerdings ein Auto oder ein Fahrrad, da keine direkte Anbindung zum Ort besteht. Alfonso, der Vermieter, ist besonders höflich und zuvorkommend. Er ist immer erreichbar und antwortet auch direkt auf die Nachrichten. Auf unsere Frage hin, hat er uns viele Empfehlungen mitgeteilt. Es ist also ein absoluter Wohlfühlort zum Abschalten. Auch homerti als Verwaltung ist immer erreichbar.

Das Haus war wunderschön und ruhig gelegen. Die Zimmer sowie die Badezimmer waren sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Das Beste am ganzen Haus war der Pool wo man wirklich den ganzen Tag verweilen kann. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt!

This place is fantastic! We stayed there as 4 couples with 6 children and there was plenty of space for us all. The rooms are all en-suite and the communal areas are plenty large enough to accommodate a big group of friends. The pool area is great, the kitchen is well equipped, and everything works well. The location is awesome, minutes from all the best Sóller spots like the tram, main square, ice cream shops etc! And there’s a very well stocked supermarket opposite - totally ideal. We loved it here and had a brilliant holiday - would highly recommend both house and host. Jaime and Angela were quick to respond and the housekeeper Cati is excellent. Through, responsive and kind. Highly Recommend - 5/5 experience!

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse i detta vackra hus – ljust, rymligt och med ett härligt lugn. Den oslagbara utsikten över de omkringliggande bergen gav verkligen en extra dimension till hela upplevelsen. Barnen stortrivdes både inne i huset och ute i trädgården, och vi vuxna uppskattade verkligen de generösa ytorna och den fina atmosfären. Vi blev väl mottagna av Petra och hennes familj, som var otroligt varma och välkomnande – det satte tonen för hela vår vistelse. Köket var välutrustat och gjorde det enkelt att laga goda middagar hemma. Ett tips är att ha bil under vistelsen, så att man enkelt kan utforska det vackra området runt omkring. Vi lämnade med många fina minnen och ser gärna fram emot att återvända. Varmt rekommenderat!

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans cette superbe maison. Nous étions 8 adultes et la maison offre tout le confort nécessaire pour que chacun se sente à l'aise. Les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus et parfaitement équipés ! La maison est spacieuse, chaque chambre est d'une belle taille, pareil pour les 3 salles de bain. La salle de jeux au sous sol a été apprécié quand les températures étaient un peu plus fraîches. L'accueil de Valérie était très chaleureux et souriant ! Nous avons eu une visite de la maison, puis des recommandations sur les commerces alentours, les restaurants etc ... Valérie est restée joignable tout au long de notre séjour. Nous allons garder de très beaux souvenirs de cette villa !

Lovely villa, wonderful pool which is great for young children. Lots of places to congregate as a group inside and outside, including an outside wood-fired oven. Easy 20 minutes walk into Alcudia which has good restaurants and beach with a shallow sea for paddling and swimming. Virginia is very responsive when needed and very friendly and helpful.

Blanca est une hôte très amicale et très réactive face a différents soucis lors de notre séjour (La serrure de la porte d’entrée est assez difficile et la sonnette du portillon en panne, les petits carreaux de la piscine tombent un à un) Si je peux faire une remarque sur la chambre parentale qui est magnifique, j’aurais aimé un linge de lit plus soigné et que les pommeaux de douches de la salle de bain est plus de débit. Je regrette le manque d’intimité dans toutes les salles de bains et toilettes de la maison car aucunes ne se ferment à clés. Pour le reste rien à dire, la maison est très bien équipée, propre et une mention spéciale pour la réactivité de blanca

Beautiful place in the middle of nowhere. All you can hear is goat bells and birds. The place is very remote which we loved. Villa is well thought out eg bedrooms away from pool. Pool was fab - love the water jet and bubbles too. We paid for it to be heated (30 degrees). Incredible sunset every night we were there. Large property and outside grounds. We have a 1 and 4 year old. The set up worked well for us. Nearest supermarket is 20/25 min drive. Nearest beach is 25 mins drive. King sized bed in each room. We also used the cot which was in very good condition. Saw previous review about bees. No issues for us and not a single mosquito bite. Large covered outside area. Enjoyed using the bbq - there is a sink and fridge outside Loved the warm outside shower. There were stairs with no stair gate but our toddler was ok. There are a lot of doors which can be opened from inside (no key needed). Too heavy for 1 year old but 4 year old could open them. We will definitely return!

Amazing house in a really lovely location, I would say the photos don’t do this house justice. The interiors are charming, it was super clean and the outside areas are perfect. You can hear cockerels crowing and not much else. The pool is great for children with a shallow end, the outside seating area is lovely with a dining table and sofas which we used a lot. The kitchen is really well equipped with everything you could need. The location is off the main road but quiet. We walked most mornings to the closest supermarket which was about 10 mins and had everything we needed, lovely fresh bread, fruit and pastries. In the evening we walked into Port de Pollenca which is about 25 mins to the seafront and then you can walk along the beach walk so approximately 35 minutes to the main square and front where all the restaurants are. Buggy’s are a must with young children! Domingo was an amazing host, nothing was a problem. He was very helpful and polite. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you!

Wir hatten hier einen schönen Familienurlaub. Tolles Haus mit Pool, 2Min zum Strand. Liegt an befahrener Straße, also nicht ganz ruhig.Sehr gepflegtes Haus und Pool, sogar Kinderspielzeug war da. Super Lidl im Ort, tolle Lage für Ausflüge. Filter-Kaffeemaschine wäre noch schön :-).

Villa superbe et qui correspond aux photos. L’emplacement est idéal pour se déplacer à vélo ou en voiture. Le cadre est calme et paisible sans vis à vis tout en permettant d avoir toutes les commodités à proximité. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille je recommande vivement :)

The house was perfect, the heated pool was excellent and the kitchen and house in general was really well equipped with everything needed for a great holiday. Francisco and Ana were such lovely hosts and really made an effort, we really appreciated the welcome gift, recommendations and responsiveness. Thanks again for being such great hosts.

We had a great stay at Catalina’s villa - it was very quiet and peaceful but only a short walk into Puerto Pollenca and very easy to get to by car. The villa itself was lovely - spacious and really well equipped, and David and his father (and their dog!) were very friendly and helpful. I would happily stay there again and have no hesitation in recommending it for a stay in Mallorca!

Eight friends stayed for a week and we absolutely loved the villa. Literally across the road from the sea for those that wanted to swim and use the paddle board, with the added bonus of our own pool in the back garden. The location is literally a stroll away from bars and restaurants yet still peaceful. The rooftop was brilliant for an evening bbq or sunbathe. We would definitely love to come back. Thank you Joan!

We had a wonderful stay at Xisco's Finca. The pool is just superb and the Finca itself was really nice. Xisco was easy to communicate with and greeted us in the beginning to show us around. All in all we had a wonderful time and would definitely come again. Thanks again Xisco.

If you are looking for a quiet location within a short distance of both Pollensa and Port de Pollensa then this place is ideal. It's a clean well set out Villa with a modern kitchen and outside there's a lovely garden with a nice size pool with multiple seating areas. The villa faces south so you get the open sun all day and great views over the adjacent hills. The road leading to the villa is quite narrow and comes to a dead end not far past the villa so there's very little passing traffic, and the neighbourhood when we were there was very quiet so ideal for us. The host was very proactive with communications and pleasant to deal with. All in all a lovely place and would use again.

Pepe‘s Finca was a great holiday home for us! It is super well maintained both inside and outside, lots of beautiful details! As Pepe looks after his animals daily we got to interact with him every now and then and he was very friendly! Communication over phone worked well and we always received speedy responses from Home Villas. The „noise“ around the place didn’t bother us at all, especially as it’s very calm at night, but if you are very sensitive to animal sounds and hearing a nearby street in the background during the day, this mightn’t be your place. We enjoyed hearing and seeing the huge variety of animals and there were no bad smells ever. The only very small downside for us was the varying water pressure, so we made sure to never shower in parallel. Overall an ideal place and starting point for a road cycling holiday.
